This tutorial was translated with PSPX9 and PSP2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.

Copy the selections in the Selections Folder.


Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.

Choose 3 colors from your material:
For the example
color 1: #85c3ef
color 2: #ffffff
color 3: #efca38.



Set your foreground color to the color 1
and your background color with the color 2



1. Open a new transparente image 900 x 600 pixels.

Selections>Select All.

Open the background image Achtergrond les 102

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

2. Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur.



3. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Scribe - Doughnutz, default settings



4. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.



5. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 150 pixels.

Effects>Plugins>Plugin Galaxy - Glass



Selections>Select None.

6. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Special Effects 2 - Border White Fade 1



7. Layers>New Raster Layer.

Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection Sel-1-Les 102_Pink



Flood Fill the selection with your background color (color 2 #ffffff).

Attention, please: the selection is not in the circle, but outside it



Keep selected.

8. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask Masker les 102_Pink



Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

9. Selections>Invert.

Layers>New Raster Layer.

Activate again your background image Achtergrond les 102
On this image:
Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Special Effects 2 - Border White Fade 1, default settings.



Edit>Copy.

10. Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select none.

11. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Copies.



12. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



Objects>Align>Bottom.

Reduce the opacity of this layer to 80%.

Activate the central layer (the mask).

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



13. Open the tube

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Layers>Arrange>Bring to Top.

Objects>Align>Left.

14. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection Sel-2-Les 102_Pink



Press CANC 2 times on the keyboard,
(or as much as you feel is necessary to blur the image, if you are using another tube)

Selections>Select none.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



15. Open the text

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the text at the bottom right, or to your liking.

16. Layers>New Raster Layer.

Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection Sel-3-Les 102_Pink



(of you want to use the english text, use the selection 4)



Flood Fill the selection with your foreground color (color 1 #85c3ef)

Selections>Select None.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



If necessary, move the text to your liking.

17. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color 1 #85c3ef.
Image>Add borders, 5 pixels, symmetric, color 3 #efca38.

Selections>Select All.

Image>Add borders, 15 pixels, symmetric, color 1 #85c3ef.
Image>Add borders, 30 pixels, symmetric, color 3 #efca38.

Selections>Invert.

18. Effects>Plugins>Penta.com - Dot and Cross, default settings.



19. Effetti>Plugins>Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow.



20. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Special Effect 2 - Centerspot



21. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 30 pixels.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



Selections>Select None.

22. Open the tube deco

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the tube at the upper right, or to your liking.

23. Sign your work on a new layer.

Layers>Merge>Merge all.

Resize, if you want, and save as jpg.
