This tutorial was translated with PSPX9 and PSP2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

Place the brush in Brushes folder. Attention, please, the brush is composed by two files, you must place both the files in the folder.

Copy the Picture Frame Corel_09_055 in the Picture Frames Folder.

Copy the selections in the Selections Folder.

Set your foreground color to #bd8633,
and your background color to #0f5286.



Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Linear.



1. Open a new transparent image 800 x 600 pixels.
Flood Fill the transparent image with your Gradient.

2. Effects>Plugins>Mehdi - Sorting Tiles.



3. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection Sel-1 les 114



Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.



Selections>Select None.

4. Effects>Plugins>Simple - Top Bottom Wrap.
This Effects works without window; result:



Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.



5. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - &<Background Designer IV> - @Splash, default settings.



6. Layers>New Raster Layer.

Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection Sel-2 les 114



Open Patroon les 114

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.

7. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Frame Works.



Selections>Select None.

8. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Copies.



9. Set your foreground color to the color white.

Layers>New Raster Layer.

Activate your Brush Tool
look for and select the brush brush les 114



Apply the brush on the right side, clicking with your left button to use the color white.



If necessary, place correctly the brush.



Layers>Arrange>Move Down.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



10. Activate your top layer.

Image>Picture Frame - select the picture Corel_09_055 (Cross Processing).



11. Effects>Geometric Effects>Circle.



Image>Resize, to 35%, resize all layers not checked.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.

12. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Copies.



K key to activate your Pick Tool
Position X: -52,00 - Position Y: -73,00.



M key to deselect the Tool.

13. Open Decoratie-1 les 114

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Objects>Align>Top.
Objects>Align>Left.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.

14. Open Decoratie-2 les 114

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the tube as in my example.



Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.

15. Open the tube Tube les 114

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the tube up, over the frame's border.



Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



16. Open the text Tekst les 114

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the text at the bottom left, of to your liking.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



17. Image>Add borders, 20 pixels, symmetric, color white.

Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Frame Works, same settings.



18. Image>Add borders, 40 pixels, symmetric, color white.

Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Frame Works, same settings.



19. Activate your Magic Wand Tool , tolleranza e sfumatura 0,
and click in the white space between the borders to select it.



Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Paper Textures - Japanese Paper, default settings.



Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.
Selections>Select None.

20. Selections>Select All.

Image>Add borders, 40 pixels, symmetric, color white.
Selections>Invert.

Effects>Plugins>Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow.



Selections>Select None.

21. Open Decoratie-3

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

It is at its place.

22. Sign your work on a new layer.

Layers>Merge>Merge All.

Image>Resize, if you want, resize all layers not checked.

Save as jpg.
