This tutorial, created with PSP2022, was translated with PspX7, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.



1. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 600 pixels.
Selections>Select All.

2. Open the image bg-Tube

Activate the background layer of this image.
Edit>Copy.
Minimizer le tube
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

3. Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Plugins>Tramages - Panel Stripes



4. Effects>Geometric Effects>Skew.



5. Effects>Distortion Effects>Wave



Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Overlay.

6. Activate your background layer, Raster 1.

Effects>Plugins>L&K's - L&K's Katharina, default settings.



7. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

8. Effects>Image Effefts>Seamless Tiling.



9. Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Geometric Effects>Circle.



Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Multiply and reduce the opacity to 40%.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

10. Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror, default settings.



11. Selection Tool
(no matter the type of selection, because with the custom selection your always get a rectangle)
clic on the Custom Selection
and set the following settings.



Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.

12. Effects>3D Effects>Inner Bevel.



Selections>Select None.

Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.

13. Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



14. Repeat Layers>Duplicate.
Effects>Image Effects>Offset, same settings.

15. Layers>Merge>Merge Down - 2 times.

Effects>Distortion Effects>Wave



16. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Copies.



17. Image>Mirror>Mirror horizontal.

Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror, default settings.



Objects>Align>Top

18. Effects>3D Effects>Drop shadow, color #233b4a.



19. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror vertical (Image>Flip).

Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

20. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, same settings.



21. Activate again BG-Tube and copy the layer Raster 1.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, to 85%, resize all layers not checked.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Hard Light and reduce the opacity to 44%.

22. Layers>Duplicate.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

Layers>Arrange>Move Down.

23. Activate your bottom layer.

Effects>Plugins>Flaming Pear - Flood



24. Activate the layer Raster 1.

Effects>Plugins>Flaming Pear - Flood, same settings



25. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

26. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - &<Background Designers IV> - @Night Shadow Pool, default settings.



27. Open the tube 8480-LuzCristina

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, to 75%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube to the left.

28. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.



29. Open Texto

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the text to the right side.

30. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #ffffff.



31. Image>Add Borders, 10 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #53a0c1.
Image>Add Borders, 30 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #53a0c1.
Image>Add Borders, 40 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.

31. Open EF-Lau-Vitelli_Deco_1

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Don't move it.

32. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #53a0c1.

Sign your work and save as jpg.
