This tutorial, created with PSP2022, was translated with PspX7, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.



Set your foreground color to #f5c14d,
and your background color to #56210e.



1. Open a new transparent image 1000 X 600 pixels.
Flood Fill the transparent image with your foreground color #f5c14d.

2. Selections>Select All.

Open the tube mentali-misted3247

Edit>Copy.
Minimize the tube.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

3. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.



4. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 45.



5. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Funhouse - Maelström, default settings.



6. Layers>Duplicate.

Effets>Modules Externes>L&K's - L&K's - Trouble.



Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Overlay.

Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

16. Open the tube EF-Frieza_Deco_1

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

17. Activate again the misted mentali-misted3247 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, to 75%, resize all layers not checked.

Move the tube to the right side.

Layers>Duplicate.

18. Open the tube 186FlorByPqnaAlice

Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Place correctly the tube.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Hard Light.



19. Open EF-Frieza_Deco_2

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the tube to the left side.

20. Effects>3D Effects>Drop shadow, color #fff583.



21. Image>Add borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, background color #56210e.
Image>Add borders, 10 pixels, symmetric, color 5 #fdfbf8.
Image>Add borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, background color #56210e.

22. Edit>Copy

23. Selections>Select All.

Image>Add borders, 45 pixels, symmetric, whatever color.

24. Selections>Invert.
Edit>Paste into Selection

25. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur, radius 45.



26. Effects>Plugins>Picture Man Collection Art Gallery - Canvas

Selections>Invert.

27. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, background color #56210e.



Selections>Select None.

28. Open EF-Frieza_Deco_3

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the tube at the bottom left, or to your liking.

29. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color 3 #fff583



30. Sign your work.

Image>Add borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, background color #56210e.

31. Image>Resize, 1000 pixels width, resize all layers checked.
