This tutorial, created with PSP2020, was translated with PSPX9 and PSP2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.

Copy the selections in the Selections Folder.

Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.

1. Open a new transparent image 650 x 500 pixels.

2. Set your foreground color with the light color #59a9a0
and your background color with the dark color 2 #091208



3. Effects>Plugins>Mehdi - Wavy Lab 1.1.
This filter creates gradients with the colors of your Materials palette.
The first is your background color, the second is your foreground color.
Change the last two colors created by the filtre with your foreground color #59a9a0.



4. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur, radius 30.



5. Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.



6. Effects>Geometric Effects>Skew.



7. Change the Blend Mode of this Layer to Hard Light and reduce the opacity to 50%.

8. Layers>Duplicate.

Reduce the opacity of this layer to 50%.

Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

54. K key to activate your Pick Tool
Position X: 386,00 - Position Y.: 3,00.



M key to deselect the Tool.

55. Layers>Duplicate.
Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur, radius 50.



Layers>Arrange>Move Down.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Moltiply.

56. Sign your work on a new layer.

57. Image>Add borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, background color.

58. Image>Resize, 800 pixels width, resize all layers checked.

Save as jpg.
