This tutorial, created with PSP2020, was translated with PSPX9 and PSP2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.

1. Open a new transparent image 650 x 500 pixels.

2. Set your foreground color with the light color #f6ebda
and your background color with the dark color 2 #4f113a.



Flood Fill the transparent image with your foreground color.

3. Selections>Select All.

Open the tube LValellaTD2023-0679

Edit>Copy.
Minimize the tube.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

4. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.



5. Adjust>Blur>Radial blur.



6. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Vertical (Image>Flip).
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Soft Light.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

7. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with your background color.

8. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask Narah_Mask_1099



Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Hard Light.

9. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Vertical (Image>Flip).
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Difference.



10. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

11. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, same settings.



12. Selections>Select All.

Image>Add Borders, symmetric not checked, background color.

14. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



15. Selections>Modify>Contract - 100 pixels.



16. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.



17. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 20.



Selections>Select None.

18. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.



19. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Dissolve and reduce the opacity to 50%.



20. Selections>Select All.
Image>Add Borders, symmetric not checked, foreground color.



21. Image>Add Borders, symmetric not checked, background color.



22. Selections>Invert.

Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur. same settings.



23. Selections>Invert.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.
Selections>Select None.

24. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, same settings.



25. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with your foreground color.

26. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window
and select again the mask Narah_Mask_1099



Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal.
Reduce the opacity of this layer to 50%.

27. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.

28. Layers>New Raster Layer.

Selection Tool

clic on the Custom Selection
and set the following settings.



Flood Fill the selection with your foreground color.

29. Selections>Modify>Contract - 25 pixels.

Press CANC on the keyboard
Selections>Select None.

30. Layers>Duplicate.
Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



31. Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

32. Effects>Distortion Effects>Wind - from left, strength 100.



Edit>Repeat Wind.

Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More.

33. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Vertical (Image>Flip).

34. Open the tube deco-giulia

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

35. K key to activate your Pick Tool
Position X: 114,00 - Position Y: 98,00.



36. Layers>Duplicate.

Position X: 815,00 - Position Y: 98,00.



37. Activate your Color Changer Tool



click with your left click mouse, to fill with your foreground color.

38. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



39. Open the tube tekst-giulia

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

40. Pick Tool (K)
Position X: 681,00 - Position Y: 241,00.



Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.

41. Activate again the tube tube LValellaTD2023-0679 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Position X: 225,00 - Position Y: 22,00.



M key to deselect the Tool.

42. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



43. Image>Add Borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, background color.

50. Image>Resize, 800 pixels width, resize all layers checked.
