This tutorial was written with CorelX19 and translated with CorelX17, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

Copy the presets in the folder of the plugin Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact>Settings>Glass/Extrude.
One or two clic on the file (it depends by your settings), automatically the preset will be copied in the right folder.

Copy the mask 20-20 in the Masks Folder.

Open the masks in PSP and minimize them with the rest of the material.

Set your foreground color to #25487b,
and your background color to #a5b4ad.



Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Linear.



1. Open CanalAlpha_Rosalia.
Window>Duplicate or, on the keyboard, shift+D to make a copy.



Close the original.
The copy, that will be the basis of your work, is not empty,
but contains the selections saved to alpha channel.

Rename the layer Raster 1.

2. Selections>Select All.

Activate your image jpg.
if you are using a misted, go directly to point 4

3. Layers>Promote Selection to Layer.
Layers>Duplicate.

Close the background layer, and stay on the copy's layer.
Selections>Select All.
Selections>Modify>Feather - 60 pixels.
Selections>Invert.
Press CANC on the keyboard , 6/7 times, to your liking.

Selections>Select None.

4. Edit>Copy.
Go back to your layer and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

5. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.



6. Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur.



7. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Simple - Pizza Slice Mirror.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Overlay.

13. Activate again your jpg image, on the misted layer you created.
if you want to keep the misted, duplicate the image and save in psp format.

Layers>Load/Save Mask>Load Mask from Disk.
Look for and load the mask 20-20.



Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

Activate the layer below.

14. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.



Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur, same settings.
Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More.

You'll have an image with three layers.



Open the background layer, Raster 1.
Edit>Copy Special>Copy Merged.

Go back to your layer and stay on the top layer.

15. Layers>New Raster Layer.

Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Alpha Channel.
The selection #1 is immediately available. You just have to click Load.



16. Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 10 pixels.
Flood Fill the selection with your light background color.

17. Selections>Modify>Contract - 2 pixels.
Edit>Paste into Selection (the misted is still in memory).

18. Selections>Modify>Contract - 25 pixels.
Flood Fill the selection with your light background color.

19. Selections>Modify>Contract - 2 pixels.
Edit>Paste into Selection, (the image is always in memory).
Selections>Invert.

20. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black, or dark foreground color.



Selections>Invert.

21. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Glass.
Select the preset ©Yedralina_Glass4 and ok.



Selections>Select None.

22. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Extrude.
Select the preset EC5_Extr_005-Yedra and ok.



23. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.



24. Effects>Plugins>AAA Filters - Custom - click on Grain and ok.

25. Layers>New Raster Layer.

Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Alpha Channel.
Open the selections menu and load the selection #2.



26. Activate again your jpg image
and activate the top layer, with the misted you create with the mask 20-20.
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

27. OPTIONAL: if you find it too big here, you can change the size - I did it - of this layer +/-85%.
Layers>Duplicate.

28. Activate the layer below of the original.
Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.



29. Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror, default settings.



Reduce the opacity of this layer +/- da 30 a 50%.

Layers>Arrange>Move Down.

30. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with your Gradient.

K key on the keyboard to activate your Pick Tool
and set Position X: 37,00 and Position Y: 42,00.



M key to deselect the tool.

37. Effects>Plugins>AAA Filters - Custom, same settings (Grain).

38. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.
Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror.



39. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



Layers>Arrange>Move Down - 2 times.

40. You should have this



Activate your background layer.
Edit>Copy.

As a precaution: Edit>Paste as new image and minimize this image.

41. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, background color.
Selections>Select All.

42. Image>Add borders, 25 pixels, symmetric, whatever color.
Selections>Invert.
Edit>Paste into Selection (your background in memory).

Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur, same settings.



Selections>Invert.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



43. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, background color.
Selections>Select All.

44. Image>Add borders, 10 pixels, symmetric, whatever color.
Selections>Invert.
Edit>Paste into Selection.

Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur, same settings.
Selections>Invert.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



Selections>Select None.

45. Open your main tube and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, if necessary (for me 80%), resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube to your liking, or see my example.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, at your choice.

Image>Add borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, background color.

46. Effects>Plugins>AAA Filters - Custom - click on Landscape and ok.



47. Open your deco tube and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, if necessary, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube to the right side, or to your liking.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, at your choice.

48. Image>Resize, 1000 pixels width, resize all layers checked.

Sign your work on a new layer.

49. Layers>Merge>Merge All and save as jpg.
