This tutorial was written with CorelX19 and translated with CorelX and CorelX17, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

For this tutorial, you will need:
A jpg image.
A misted (I applied to my image the mask 20-20)
Mask Narah_Mask_0931.
Deco (1480ŠYedralina.png).

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.

1. Choose two colors from your misted.
For me: Foreground color to the light color #65dbff,
Background color to the dark color #01396c.



2. Open a new transparent image 950 x 650 pixels.

3. Effects>Plugins>Mehdi - Wavy lab 1.1
this plugin works with your materials:
the first is the background color, the second is the foreground color;
keep the other two colors created by the plugin.



4. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Classic Mosaic - your light foreground color.



5. Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror.



6. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

7. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - VM Stylize - Zoom Blur, default settings.



8. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Classic Mosaic - same settings.

9. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Selections>Select All.

10. Open your misted and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.

Selections>Select None.

(in my case, as my misted is a bit little, I applied:
Adjust>Sharpness>High pass sharpen.



11. Layers>Duplicate.
Close this layer and activate the layer below of the original.

12. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Classic Mosaic - same settings.



13. Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.

14. Re-open and activate the top layer.
Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.

15. You should have this



16. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color white.

17. Selections>Select All.
Image>Add borders, 25 pixels, symmetric, dark color.

Selections>Invert.

18. Effects>Plugins>Graphics Plus - Cross shadow, default settings.



Selections>Select None.

19. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color white.

20. Selections>Select All.
Image>Add borders, 40 pixels, symmetric, dark color.

Selections>Invert.

21. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Classic Mosaic.



22. Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror, same settings.



Selections>Select None.

23. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Set your foreground color to color white.
Flood Fill the layer with color white.

24. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask Narah_Mask_0931



Layers>Duplicate - 2 times.



Layers>Merge>Merge group.

25. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



26. Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror, same settings.



27. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, your dark background color.



28. Open the deco tube (1480©Yedralina.png) - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, to 90%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube at the middle top.

29. You can change color, according to your colors. For me:
Adjust>Hue and Saturation>Colorize.



30. Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance more.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, as you like.

31. Image>Resize, 950 pixels width, resize all layers checked.

32. Sign your work on a new layer.

33. Layers>Merge>Merge All and save as jpg.
