This tutorial was created with PSPX8 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes and opacity of the layer, according to your colors.

Copy the Preset Emboss 3 in the Presets Folder.


1. Set your foreground color to #4c75a4

Open a new transparente image 1000 x 700 pixels,
Flood Fill with your foreground color.

2. Selections>Select All.
Open your tube and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into selection.
Selections>Select None.

4. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.



5. Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur.



6. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Unplugged Tools - Vertical Tile.



7. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - &<Bkg Kaleidoscope> - 4QFlip UpperL.



8. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - &<Bkg Kaleidoscope> - Kaleidoscope Persian, default settings.



9. Adjust>Add/Remove Noise/Add Noise.



10. Effects>Defined User Effects - select the preset Emboss 3 and ok.



11. Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - VM Toolbox - Seamless tile, default settings.



12. Effects>Distortion Effects>Lens Distortion.



13. Selections>Select All.

14. Open the tube Min@mist.paesaggio.2.3.15 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into selection.
Selections>Select None.

15. Effects>Geometric Effects>Perspective horizontal.



Image>Mirror.

Repeat Effects>Geometric Effects>Perspective Horizontal.



16. Effects>Distortion Effects>Pinch.



17. Effects>Distortion Effects>Wave.



18. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Copies.



19. Effects>Plugins>Flaming Pear - Flexify 2.



20. Image>Flip.

21. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.



22. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.
Image>Flip.

23. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

24. Open the tube Deco Suiza 1002, and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

25. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.



26. Open the tube Femmes 0282, and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, to 70%, resize all layers not checked.

27. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.



28. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Perspective Shadow.



29. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

30. Open the wordart and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move to the top right.

31. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

Sign your work and save as jpg.
