This tutorial was created with PSPX7 and translated with Corel X3, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

1. Set your foreground color to #283c6a
Set your background color to #d2a87c.



2. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 750 pixels,
Flood Fill with your foreground color #283c6a.

3. Effects>Geometric Effects>Perspective horizontal.



Image>Mirror.
Repeat Effects>Geometric Effects>Perspective hotizontal, same settings.

4. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Pole Transform



5. Adjust>Add/Remove Noise/Add Noise.



6. Effects>Plugins>Eye Candy 4000 - Bevel Boss.



7. Image>Resize, to 90%, resize all layers not checked

8. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Copies.



9. Effects>Geometric Effects>Perspective vertical.



Effects>Distortion Effects>Lens distortion.



Result.



10. Layers>New Raster layer.
Flood Fill with your foreground color #283c6a.

11. Selections>Select All.
Open the tube TubeMistedSuiza104-00.psp - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

12. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.



13. Adjust>Blur>Motion Blur.



Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More - 2 times.

14. Layers>Arrange>Move down.

15. Layers>Duplicate.

Image>Free Rotate - 90 degrees to right.



16. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling.



17. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #c95b06.



18. Activate the layer Raster 2.

Effects>Distortion Effects>Lens distortion.



19. Activate the layer Raster 1.

20. Activate the Magic Wand Tool
and clic on the circles to select them.



21. Edit>Paste into Selection (the tube TubeMistedSuiza104-00.psp is still in memory).

22. Effects>Plugins>Eye Candy 4000 - Glass.



Selections>Select None.

23. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings, but color black.



24. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



25. Open the tube Mina@_girl_15_04_15.png, erase the watermark, and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 50%, resize all layers not checked.

26. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.



27. Apri il tube Tube S.Anna_Vase_010.png, erase the watermark, and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

28. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



29. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

30. Effects>Plugins>Xero XL - Porcelain.



31. Effects>Plugins>Nik Software - Color Efex Pro - Vignette Blur



32. Sign your work and save as jpg.
