This tutorial was created with PSPX8 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes and opacity of the layer, according to your colors.

1. Set your foreground color to #223039,
Set your background color to #7b8d9d.



2. Open a new transparente image 1000 x 700 pixels,
Flood Fill with your foreground color #223039.

3. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Selections>Select All.
Open the tube 2176-city misted-LB TUBES.psp and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into selection.
Selections>Select None.

Change the Blend mode of this layer to Luminance.

4. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

5. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.



6. Adjust>Blur>Motion Blur - 2 times with these settings.



7. Effets>Edge Effects>Enhance more - 2 times.

8. Edit>Paste as new layer (the tube 2176-city misted-LB TUBES.psp is still in memory).

9. Move the tube in the top left.
With Corel X17/X18: Objects>Align>Left.
Objects>Align>Top.



10. Change the Blend mode of this layer to Luminance.

11. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

12. Layers>Duplicate.

13. Image>Free Rotate - 90 degrees to right.



14. Effects>Reflections Effects>Rotating Mirror, default settings.



15. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling.



16. Edit>Paste as new layer (the tube 2176-city misted-LB TUBES.psp is still in memory).

17. Move the tube in the top left.
With Corel X17/X18: Objects>Align>Left.
Objects>Align>Top.



18. Change the Blend mode of this layer to Luminance.

19. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

20. Selection Tool
(no matter the type of selection, because with the custom selection your always get a rectangle)
clic on the Custom Selection
and set the following settings.



21. Selections>Promote selection to layer.
Selections>Select None.

22. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Extrude.



Don't worry if you don't see the result.
If you close the bottom layer, you can see better.



23. Effects>Reflection Effects>Feedback.



24. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.



25. Open the tube Svb Vaasjes met Gerbera, and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, to 30%, resize all layers not checked.

26. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



27. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

28. Open the tube di Gabry Woman 966, and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

29. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



30. Open the wordart and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move in the bottom right.

31. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

Sign your work and save as jpg.
