This tutorial was translated with PSPX7 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.



Copy the selection in the Selections Folder.

Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.

1. Set your foreground color to #5e7194,
and your background color to #d5eef6.



2. Open a new transparent image 900 x 600 pixels.
Flood Fill the transparent image with your foreground color #5e7194.

3. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - AFS IMPORT - win_020, default settings



4. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with your background color #d5eef6.

5. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask Silvie_Mask_Abstract_Flower44B



Layers>Merge>Merge Group.
Image>Mirror.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen More.

6. Layers>Duplicate.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen More.

Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

7. Activate your background layer, Raster 1.

Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection sel.287.nines



Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.

8. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Cloud.



this plugin works with the colors of your palette.
I change the foreground color with a darker color #353a4e.
The result of this effects is random, so it won't be the same as mine.
If you want to change the appearance of the clouds, click on the preview window,
until you'll see the result you like better.

9. Open the misted 2102- valentine-LB TUBES

Edit>Copy.
Minimize the tube.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.

10. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Glass.
Select the preset Clear and ok.



Selections>Select None.

11. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



12. Layers>Arrange>Bring to Top.



13. Open voor altijd-texto valentineday-5-tubed by A PS Devil

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Place rightly the text over the frame.



14. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

15. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, foreground color #5e7194.

17. Edit>Copy

18. Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers checked.

19. Image>Add borders, 50 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.

20. Activate your Magic Wand Tool
and clic on the white border to select it.

21. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Paste into Selection.

22. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 20.



Selections>Select None.

23. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.



24. Activate again the misted 2102- valentine-LB TUBES
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

Move the tube to the left side.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Soft Light.



25. Open Adorno_Corner_44V_nines

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Don't move it.

26. Sign your work on a new layer.
Add, if you want, the author and the translator's watermarks.

27. Layers>Merge>Merge All and save as jpg.
