This tutorial was translated with PSPX7 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

1. Open a new transparent image 900 x 600 pixels.

2. Set your foreground color to #000000.
Flood Fill the transparent image with color black.

3. Effects>Plugins>Andromeda - Designs



Result



4. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Transparency - Eliminate Black.



5. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Float

6. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Set your foreground color to #884d4b
and your background color to #eccfc6.



Flood Fill the layer with your foreground color #884d4b.

Don't hesitate to enlarge the image to see better.



Selections>Select None.

7. Delete the bottom layer (Raster 1).

8. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.



9. Layers>Duplicate.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

10. Effects>Distortion Effects>Curlicues.



11. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



12. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Layers>Arrange>Send to Bottom.
Flood Fill the layer with your background color #eccfc6.

13. Open the tube 3627-woman-LB TUBES, erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Minimize the tube.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

14. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, Side by side.



15. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 25.



16. Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur.



17. Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

18. Effects>Plugins>Virtual Painter - Virtual Painter 4
Filter: Oil Painting - Material: Canvas Fine.



19. Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling.



20. Activate your Magic Wand Tool , tolerance and feather 20



Click on the transparent part to select it.
Press 4 times CANC on the keyboard
Selections>Select None.

21. Activate your bottom layer.

Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.



22. Open the tube AlysonS 12-01-2015-23 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, 2 times to 80%, resize all layers not checked.
It is in its place.

23. Activate your top layer (the filter Andromeda).

Effects>Plugins>Nik Software - Color Efex Pro
Bi-Color Filter - to the right Colorset Brown 4.



24. Activate again the tube 3627-woman-LB TUBES and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, 1 time to 80% and 1 time to 90%, resize all layers not checked.
Image>Mirror.
Move the tube to the right side.

25. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #ffffff.



26. Open the tube Criss 1202 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 50%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube to the left side.

27. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.



28. Open the tube 18cupid4 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, 1 time to 50% and 2 times to 80%, resize all layers not checked.
Image>Mirror.
Place the tube over the wordart.

29. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.



30. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

31. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, foreground color #884d4b.
Image>Add borders, 10 pixels, symmetric, background color #eccfc6.
Image>Add borders, 40 pixels, symmetric, foreground color #884d4b.

Activate your Magic Wand Tool , tolerance and feather 0,
and click on the last border to select it.

32. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Simple - Left Right Wrap.



Selections>Select None.

33. Select the dark borders at the top and bottom with your Magic Wand Tool to select them.

Effects>Plugins>Tramages - Pool Shadow, default settings.



Selections>Select None.

34. Sign your work and save as jpg.
