This tutorial was translated with PSPX7 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.

1. Open a new transparent image 900 x 500 pixels.

2. Set your foreground color to #397ec1,
and your background color to #ffffff.



Flood Fill the transparent image with your foreground color #397ec1.

3. Adjust>Add/Remove Noise>Add Noise.



4. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill with color #ffffff.

5. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask lbdm-masque-204.



Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More.

6. Open the tube tiger-face by Lana, erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

7. Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur.



8. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.



9. Effects>Plugins>Nik Software - Color Efex Pro
Bi-color Filters - to the right Colorset: Cool/Warm 1



Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.

10. Edit>Paste as new layer (the tube tiger-face is still in memory).
Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

11. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

12. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.



13. Repeat Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame, width to 20.



14. Edit>Copy.

15. Image>Canvas Size - 900 x 650 pixels.



16. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Layers>Arrange>Send to Bottom.

17. Selections>Select All.
Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

18. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 15.



19. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Andrew's Filters 9 - Glassy Kind.



20. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling.



21. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



22. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Layers>Arrange>Send to Bottom.
Flood Fill with color #ffffff.

23. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Sandflowers Specials "v" - Color Flourish.



24. Activate the layer Merged.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Hard Light.



25. Open the tube LB_panter55 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 70%, resize all layers not checked.

Move the tube at the bottom left.

26. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.



27. Open the tube femme296-coly, erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, 1 time to 80% and 1 time to 90%, resize all layers not checked.

Image>Mirror.
Move the tube to the right side.

28. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.



29. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

30. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color #2026de.
Image>Add borders, 20 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.

31. Activate your Magic Wand Tool
and click on the white border to select it.

32. Selections>Invert.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.



Selections>Select None.

33. Image>Add borders, 20 pixels, symmetric, color #2026de.

34. Image>Resize, to 95%, resize all layers checked.

35. Sign your work and save as jpg.
