This tutorial was translated with PSPX7 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.
The Gradient of CorelX here

1. Open a new transparent image 900 x 600 pixels.

2. Set your foreground color to #6489c4,
and your background color to #0e2c72.



Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Linear.



Flood Fill the transparent image with your Gradient.

3. Effects>Plugins>Textures - Placage de texture.



4. Open the tube aclis_spa_04_18_07_2011 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

5. Effects>Distortion Effects>Pixelate



6. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.



7. Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More.

8. Adjust>Blur>Motion Blur - 2 times.



9. Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Hard Light.

10. Open the le tube bordure fleurie by Odette, erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, 2 times to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

11. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



12. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.



13. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.

14. Open the tube 5401-luzcristina erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

15. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

16. Image>Add borders, 5 pixels, symmetric, background color #0e2c72.

17. Layers>Promote Background Layer.

18. Layers>Duplicate.

19. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 25.



20. Effects>Plugins>Textures - Placage de texture.



21. Image>Canvas Size - 950 x 750 pixels.



22. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling.



23. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with your Gradient.

24. Activate your top layer.

Open the tube enfant54coly, erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, 1 time to 70% and 1 time to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

Move the tube to the right side.

25. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.



26. Open tubtatie_PeabodySherman, erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, 1 time to 50% and 1 time to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

Move the tube to the left side.

27. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.

28. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

29. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, background color #0e2c72.

30. Image>Resize, to 95%, resize all layers checked.

31. Edit>Copy.

32. Image>Add borders, 30 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.
Activate your Magic Wand Tool
and click in the border to select it.

33. Edit>Paste into Selection.

34. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 25.



35. Effects>Plugins>Textures - Placage de texture.



36. Selections>Invert.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.



Selections>Select None.

37. Sign your work and save as jpg.
