This tutorial was translated with PSPX7 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

1. Open a new transparent image 900 x 600 pixels.

2. Set your foreground color to #374d65,
and your background color to #000000.



3. Effects>Plugins>Flaming Pear - Glitterato
colors: #e3dc1b - #62d58f - #000040 - #ffffff



4. Effects>Illumination Effects>Sunburst, color #ffffff.



5. Open Wolke_Evene3 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

6. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Luminance (legacy).

7. Open the tube Krysnoel127, erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, to 130%, resize all layers not checked.

8. Effects>Image Effects>Offset



9. Effects>3D Effects>Drop shadow, color #000000.



10. Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.

11. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

12. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color #000000.
Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.

13. Image>Add borders, 40 pixels, symmetric, color #0e3a56.
Activate your Magic Wand Tool
and click on the border to select it.
Keep selected.

14. Layers>Duplicate - 2 times to get 3 layers.
Rename this layers: 1, 2 et 3.



15. Activate the layer 1

Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation.



16. Activate the layer 2.
Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation, click on Random Seed and ok.



17. Close the layer 2 and activate the layer 3.
Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation, click on Random Seed and ok.

Close this layer.

18. Selections>Select None.

19. Open angelito 17 d/a and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the tube at the bottom left.



20. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.



21. Open WordartChallenge1 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the wordart above the hut.

22. Sign your work on a new layer.

23. Set your foreground color to #ffffff.
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with color #ffffff.

24. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 2 pixels.
Press CANC on the keyboard
Selections>Select None.

Animation

1. You palette: the layers 2 and 3 are closed.



2. Edit>Copy Special>Copy Merged.
Open Animation Shop and Edit>Paste>Paste as new image.

3. Go back to PSP.
Close the layer 1 and open the layer 2.



4. Edit>Copy Special>Copy Merged.
Go back to Animation Shop and Edit>Paste>Paste after the current frame.

5. On PSP.
Close the layer 2 and open the layer 3.



6. Edit>Copy Special>Copy Merged.
On Animation Shop: Edit>Paste>Paste after the current frame.

7. Edit>Selection All.

Animation>Frame Properties and set the display time to 25.

and save as gif
