This tutorial was translated with PSPX7 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

1. Open a new transparent image 900 x 600 pixels.

2. Set your foreground color to #061a7b.

Flood Fill the transparent image with your foreground color #061a7b.

3. Open the tube mistFantasy8-dragons-coly, erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

4. Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur.



5. Layers>Duplicate.

6. Effects>Plugins>Simple - Left Right Wrap.

7. Effects>Plugins>Simple - Top Left Mirror.



8. Effects>Plugins>FM Tile Tools - Saturation Emboss, default settings.



9. Activate the layer below, Raster 2.

10. Effects>Distortion Effects>Pixelate.



11. Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen More.

12. Effects>Plugins>FM Tile Tools - Saturation Emboss, default settings.



13. Edit>Paste as new layer (the tube mistFantasy8-dragons-coly is still in memory).

Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

14. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



15. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

16. Effects>Plugins>Flaming Pear - Flood - color #061a7b.



17. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.



18. Edit>Copy.

19. Image>Resize, to 85%, all layers checked.

20. Image>Canvas Size - 900 x 700 pixels.



21. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Layers>Arrange>Send to Bottom.
Selections>Select None.

Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

22. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur, radius 5.



23. Effects>Plugins>Simple - Top Left Mirror.



24. Effects>Distortion Effects>Pixelate, same settings.



25. Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling.



26. Activate the top layer.

Open the tube 170-Femme_Page6_Animabelle and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, 2 times to 90%, resize all layers not checked.
Image>Mirror.

Move the tube to the left side.

27. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.



28. Open the tube Grace's_TLC_UnchainedTime and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, to 90%, resize all layers not checked.
Image>Mirror.

Move the tube to the right side.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.

29. Open Texto_Dragon_nines and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the tube down, in the center.

30. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

31. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, foreground color #061a7b.
Image>Add borders, 5 pixels, symmetric, color #edd97f.
Image>Add borders, 30 pixels, symmetric, foreground color #061a7b.

32. Activate your Magic Wand Tool
and click in the last border to select it.

33. Effects>Plugins>Tramages - Pool Shadow, default settings.



34. Effects>Plugins>AFS IMPORT - sqborder2.



35. Selections>Invert.

Effects>3D Effects>Buttonize - color #ffffff.



Selections>Select None.

36. Sign your work on a new layer.
Layers>Merge>Merge All and save as jpg.
