This tutorial was translated with PSPX7 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.
In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

Copy the preset Emboss 6 in the Presets Folder.
Copy the selection in the Selections Folder.
Copy the mask in the Masks Folder.
1. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 700 pixels.
2. Set your foreground color to #f5d6e5,
and your background color to #fe8ea5.

Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Linear.

Flood Fill the transparent image with your gradient.
3. Effects>Plugins>Azyzam Designs Filter - Azyzam's Crazy Strips

4. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the seletion sel.peonies.nines.

5. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Open the image 1c168a97863ffb7368c27ae4fbf2700-peonies-weddign-center-kamil,
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.
6. Layers>Load/Save Mask>Load Mask from Disk.
Look for and load the mask 20-20.

Layers>Merge>Merge Group.
7. Layers>Duplicate.
8. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.

9. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.

10. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.
11. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.

12. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.
13. Layers>Promote Background layer.
Edit>Copy.
14. Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layer not checked.
15. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.

16. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Copies.

17. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.

18. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Layers>Arrange>Send to Bottom.
19. Selections>Select All.
Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.
20. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 25.

21. Effects>Art Media Effects>Brush Strokes, color #505050.

Edit>Repeat Brush Strokes.
22. Effects>User Defined Filter - select the preset Emboss 6 and ok.

23. Layers>Duplicate.
Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling.

24. Activate the Magic Wand tool , feather 20,

Click on the transparent zone to select it.
Press 3 times CANC on the keyboard 
Selections>Select None.
25. Activate the top layer.
Open the tube malackatube fashion122 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube to the left side.
26. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.

27. Open the tube calguissacrose211010 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, 1 time to 50% and 1 time to 90%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube at the bottom right.
28. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.
29. Sign your work on a new layer.
Layers>Merge>Merge All.
30. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color #880323.
Image>Add borders, 20 pixels, symmetric, color #f5cadc.
Image>Add borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #880323.
31. Image>Resize, to 95%, resize all layers checked.
Save as jpg.
