This tutorial was translated with PSP X2 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.
1. Open a new transparent image 950 x 600 pixels.
2. Selections>Load/save selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and charge the selection sel_newyear_nines.

3. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Open the image CAJ.SCR.FR.KIT NOEL - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
4. Selections>Modify>Contract - 50 pixels.
Press CANC on the keyboard 
5. Effects>3D Effects>Cutout, color black.

Repeat Cutout, but vertical and horizontal -5.
Keep selected.
6. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Layers>Arrange>Send to bottom.
Set your foreground color to #341a1b,
and Flood Fill
the layer with this color.
7. Open the tube vuurwerk2 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Layers>Duplicate, and place
the tubes as below.

Keep always selected.
8. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Open the tube 120_tube_noel_p1_animabelle - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.
9. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.
10. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.

Repeat Drop Shadow, but vertical et horizontal -5.
11. Selections>Load/save selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and charge the selection sel_newyear1_nines.

12. Set your foreground color to #98333b,
and your background color to #791418.

Set your foreground color to a foreground/background Gradient, style Linear.

Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill
the layer with your gradient.
13. Effects>Plugins>Tramages - Pool Shadow.

14. Selections>Select All.
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Layers>Arrange>Send to Bottom.
Open again the image CAJ.SCR.FR.KIT NOEL - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.
15. Activate the top layer.
Open the tube 122_tube_noel_p1_animabelle - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, 1 time to 50% and 2 times to à 80%, resize all layers not checked.
Image>Mirror.
Move
the tube to the top right.
16. Open the tube CPL0041 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Erase the watermark.
Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.
Move
the tube to the left side.
17. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.

18. Open the tube calguiscandele27112011 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layers.
Move
the tube to the bottom right.
19. Set your foreground color to Pattern and select a gold pattern.
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill
with your gold pattern.
20. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 2 pixels.
Press CANC on the keyboard.
Selections>Select None.
21. Open the texte newywordart2yez - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layers.
Place
the texte to the bottom, see my final tag.
22. Layers>Merge>Merge All.
23. Image>Add borders, 10 pixels, symmetric, color #98333b.
Image>Add border, 2 pixels, symmetric, color white.
24. Activate the Magic Wand tool 
and clic on the white border to select it.
Flood Fill
the selection with your gold pattern.
Selections>Select None.
25. Image>Add borders, 30 pixels, symmetric, color #98333b.
Select this border with your Magic Wand tool 
26. Effects>Plugins>Tramages - Pool Shadow.

27. Image>Add borders, 20 pixels, symmetric, color white.
28. Sign your work and save as jpg.
