This tutorial was translated with PSP X2 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

1. Open a new transparent image 950 x 650 pixels.

2. Set your foreground color to #c4dad8,
and your background color to #4280ab.



3. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Cloud, par défaut.



4. Selection Tool
(no matter the type of selection, because with the custom selection your always get a rectangle)
clic on the Custom Selection
and set the following settings.



5. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - VM Natural - Sparkle.



Selections>Select None.

6. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Selections>Select All.

Open the tube calguismistedwnter2012015 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

7. Open the tube Adorno nieve_nines - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as New Layer.
Move the tube to the bottom.

8. Open the tube Calguisbonhomedeneigeillustration20122015 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as New Layer.
Image>Resize - 1 time to 50% and 1 time to 90%, resize all layer not checked.
Move the tube to the top left.

9. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



10. Open the tube calguisillustrationletter20122015 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as New Layer.
Image>Resize - to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

Move the tube to the bottom left.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.

11. Open the tube calguislettreillustration20122015 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as New Layer.
Image>Resize, 3 times to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

Move the tube to the bottom right.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.

12. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

13. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.



14. Image>Add borders, 50 pixels, symmetric, color white.
Activate the Magic Wand tool
clic on the white bord to select it.

15. Selections>Modify>Select selection borders.



16. Set your foreground color to #831104,
and flood fill the selection with this color.
Selections>Select None.

17. Open th tube Ho Ho HO_nines - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as New Layer.
Move the tube to the bottom.

18. Sign your work.
Layers>Merge>Merge All.

19. Image>Resize - to 95%, resize all layers checked.
Save as jpg.
