This tutorial was translated with PSP X2 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.
Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.
1. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 650 pixels.
2. Set your foreground color to #740000,
and your background color to #d9d5d0.
3. Selections>Select All.
Layers>New Raster layer.
4. Open the tube 278_paysage_p3_animabelle - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into selection.
Selections>Select None.
5. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian blur - radius 25.
6. Effects>Plugins>Virtual Painter 4:
Oil Painting - Stucco (rough) - Material: all Normal.
7. Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.
8. Edit>Paste as New Layer (the tube 278_paysage_p3_animabelle is still in memory).
9. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.
10. Open the tube Fireworks-Gabry - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as New layer.
Place 
the tube to the top.
11. Selection Tool 
(no matter the type of selection, because with the custom selection your always get a rectangle)
clic on the Custom Selection 
and set the following settings.
12. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Change the opacity of your Flood fill tool to 40%,
and flood fill 
the selection with your background color #d9d5d0.
13. Effects>Texture Effects>Blinds - foreground color #740000.
Selections>Select None.
14. Effects>3D Effec>Chisel - color white.
Change the Blend mode of this layer to Overlay.
15. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.
16. Custom Selection
18. Layers>New Raster layer.
Set the opacity of your Flood Fill tool to 100,
and flood fill the selection with your background color #d9d5d0.
19. Effects>3D Effects>Inner Bevel.
Selections>Select None.
20. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.
21. Image>Canvas size - 1000 x 800 pixels.
22. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill with your background color #d9d5d0.
23. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask Empty_1400x1050:
Layers>Merge>Merge group.
Layers>Arrange>Send to Bottom.
24. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Layers>Arrange>Send to Bottom.
Flood Fill with your foreground color #740000.
25. Activate the top layer.
Open the tube DBK RED CARPET SERIES 9 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as New layer.
Image>Resize, to 70%, resize all layers not checked.
26. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.
27. Open the tube Newyear3 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as New layer.
Place the tube to the left side.
28. Open the tube año2016_nines - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as New layer.
Place the tube to the left side.
29. Open the tube Radyga-tube-015-150 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as New layer.
Place the tube to the bottom left.
30. Open the tube Tocha24546 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as New layer.
Image>Resize, 1 time to 80% and 1 time to 90%, resize all layers not checked.
Place the tube to the right side.
31. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.
32. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.
33. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.
34. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color white.
35. Sign your work and save as jpg.
