This tutorial was translated with PSPX7 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.
In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

Open the mask in PSP and minimize them with the reste of the material.
1. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 750 pixels.
2. Set your foreground color to #1538b8,
and your background color to #050f66.

Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Sunburst.

Flood Fill the transparent image with your Gradient.
3. Selections>Select All.
Open the tube calguisblueSadness130322018, erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Minimize the tube: you'll use it later.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.
4. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.

5. Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur.

6. Effects>Plugins>DSB Flux - Bright Noise.

7. Layers>Duplicate.
Effects>Texture Effects>Weave - Weave color #050f66.

8. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling.

9. Layers>Duplicate.
Effects>Distortion Effects>Polar Coordinates.

10. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask Marge_TopFade.

Layers>Duplicate (to apply the mask 2 times)
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.
11. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.

12. Activate the layer below of Mura's plugin.
Activate the Magic Wand Tool 

Click 3 or 4 times CANC on the keyboard 
Selections>Select None.
13. Keep this layer selected.

Layers>New Raster Layer.
Set your foreground color to #94a8f2.

Flood Fill the layer with your foreground color.
14. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window
and select the mask Narah_Mask_1229.

Layers>Merge>Merge down.
15. Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen More.
16. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.
17. Open the tube Mist_vvs-paisagem0302 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the tube a little higher.

18. Activate the top layer.
Open the tube 3941-luzcristina and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 70%, resize all layers not checked.
Place the tube in the middle of the landscape.
Reduce the opacity of this layer to 70%.

19. Activate again the tube calguisblueSadness130322018 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 110%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube at the bottom left, not too close to the edge.
21. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.

22. Open the tube logane_forme3 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the tube at the bottom right, not too close to the edges.

23. Open the text Bluesadness__ac y and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the text down in the middle.
24. Layer>Merge>Merge visible.
25. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.

26. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.

27. Sign your work on a new layer.
Layers>Merge>Merge All and save as jpg.
