This tutorial was translated with PSPX7 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.
The Gradient of CorelX here

Copy the preset Emboss 3 in the Presets Folder.

1. Set your foreground color to #4569a4.

2. Open a new transparent image 900 x 650 pixels.
Flood Fill the transparent image with your foreground color #4569a4.

3. Open Forma_Azul 38_Nines, erase the watermark, and go to Edit>Copy.
Minimize the tube.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

4. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.



5. Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur.



6. Effects>User Defined Filter - select the preset Emboss 3 and ok.



7. Open the tube 006_misted_interieur_maison_animabelle and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Erase the watermark.
Move the tube a little higher and to the right,
or with your Pick Tool
set Position X: 97,00 and Position Y: -36,00



8. Activate again the tube Forma_Azul 38_nines and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

9. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



10. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

11. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.



12. Edit>Copy.

13. Image>Resize, to 90%, resize all layers not checked.

14. Image>Canvas Size - 950 x 700 pixels.



15. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Layers>Arrange>Send to Bottom.

16. Selections>Select All.
Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

17. Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur, same settings.



18. Layers>Duplicate.

19. Effects>Distortion Effects>Pixelate.



20. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling.



21. Activate the top layer.

Open the tube 79_Femme_Page7_Animabelle and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Erase the watermark.
Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

Move the tube to the left side.

22. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, foreground color #4569a4.



23. Open the tube 07_divers_p2_animabelle and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Erase the watermark.
Image>Resize, 1 time to 50% and 1 time to 90%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube at the bottom right.



Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.

24. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

25. Image>Canvas Size - 950 x 750 pixels.



26. Selection Tool
(no matter the type of selection, because with the custom selection your always get a rectangle)
clic on the Custom Selection
and set the following settings.



27. Set your foreground color to #cdd4d9,
and your background color to #4569a4.



Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Linear.



Flood Fill the selection with your Gradient.

28. Effects>Reflection Effects>Feedback.



Selections>Select None.

29. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Layers>Arrange>Send to Bottom.
Flood Fill with your background color #4569a4.

30. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

31. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, background color #4569a4.
Image>Add borders, 20 pixels, symmetric, color #2e1b73.

32. Sign your work and save as jpg.
