This tutorial was translated with PSPX7 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

Copy the preset Emboss 3 in the Presets Folder.

1. Open a new transparent image 900 x 600 pixels.

2. Set your foreground color to #83060a,
Set your background color to #ffffff.



Flood Fill the transparent image with your foreground color #83060a.

3. Adjust>Add/Remove Noise>Add Noise.



4. Open the tube 2747-nails-LB TUBES - erase the watemark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

5. Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur.



6. Effects>Reflection Effects>Feedback.



7. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



8. Effects>User Defined Filter - select the preset Emboss 3 and ok.



9. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.

10. Selection Tool
(no matter the type of selection, because with the custom selection your always get a rectangle)
clic on the Custom Selection
and set the following settings.



11. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Reduce the opacity of Flood Fill Tool to 50
Flood Fill with your white background color #ffffff.

don't forget to set again the opacity to 100

Selections>Select None.

12. Effects>3D Effects>Chisel - color white.



13. Edit>Paste as new layer (the tube 2747-nails-LB TUBES is still in memory).
Image>Resize, to 70%, resize all layers not checked.

Move the tube at the middle bottom.



14. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Flip.

15. Open the tube Criss 2704 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.


Image>Resize, to 70%, resize all layers not checked.

Place the tube in the middle.



16. Open the tube MMC_161011_zastavkin_01 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.


Image>Resize, 1 time to 70% and 1 time to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

Move the tube to the left side.

17. Open the tube Grisi_Misted_Woman_474 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, 1 time to 70% and 1 time to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

Move the tube to the right side.
Reduce the opacity of this layer to 80%.



19. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

20. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.



21. Edit>Copy.

Image>Resize, to 90%, resize all layers not checked.

22. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Layers>Arrange>Send to Bottom.

23. Selections>Select All.
Edit>Paste into Selection.

24. Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur, same settings.



Selections>Select None.

25. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

26. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, foreground color #83060a.
Image>Add borders, 40 pixels, symmetric, background color #ffffff.

27. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the selection with your foreground color #83060a.

28. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 2 pixels.
Press CANC on the keyboard

29. Selections>Modify>Contract - 2 pixels.
Flood Fill with your foreground color #83060a.

30. Selections>Modify>Contract - 2 pixels.
Press CANC on the keyboard.
Selections>Select None.

31. Open the tube Adorno_0612-99_Mary and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.


Move the tube at the upper left.



32. Effects>Plugins>Simple - Top Left Mirror.



33. Open Texto_nines and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.


Move the texte down, see my example.

34. Sign your work on a new layer.
Layers>Merge>Merge All and save as jpg.
