This tutorial was translated with PSPX7 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

1. Open a new transparent image 900 x 700 pixels.

Set your foreground color to #5f729d,
Set your background color to #a6bce3.



2. Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Linear.



Flood Fill the transparent image with your Gradient.

3. Effects>Plugins>Azyzam's Designs Filter - Azyzam's Crazy Stripes, default settings.



4. Layers>Duplicate.
Close the original layer and keep selected the copy layer.

5. Selections>Select All.
Open Tube441, erase the watermark and Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

6. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.



7. Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur.



8. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Frame Works.



9. Image>Resize, to 70%, resize all layers not checked.

10. Layers>Duplicate - 2 times and close these layers for a moment.
Activate the original layer.



11. Effects>Plugins>Andromeda - Perspective
Click on Presets



Set the settings and click on the sign at the bottom right to apply



Again click on the sign at the bottom right to close.



12. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



Result



13. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.

Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

14. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



15. Open the two layers closed at step 11.
Activate the first copy layer.



16. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling.



17. Activate the second copy layer.

Effects>Plugins>Andromeda - Perspective





Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.

18. Edit>Paste as new layer (the tube Tube441 is still in memory).
Image>Resize, to 70%, resize all layers not checked.

19. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



Place rightly the tube.

20. Open and activate the layer Raster 1.



Open Forma 1_Nines - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

21. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



Change the Blend mode of this layer to Soft Light.

22. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.

23. Activate the top layer.

Open the tube CAL-2457-012518 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

I erased the arrows
and I placed the tube at the upper left.



24. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



25. Open the tube Criss 1184 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, 1 time to 50% and 1 time to 70%, resize all layers not checked.

Move the tube at the bottom right.

26. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



27. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

28. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.



29. Sign your work and save as jpg.
