This tutorial was translated with PSPX3 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

1. Open a new transparent image 900 x 600 pixels.
2. Set your foreground color to #f97d9d,
and your background color to #aa294b.
Set your foreground color to a foreground/background gradient, style Linear.
Flood Fill 
the transparent image with your Gradient.
3. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Paper Textures - Canvas Fine, default settings.
4. Open the tube Curtains, Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move 
the tube in the upper left, see my example.
5. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.
6. Selection Tool 
(no matter the type of selection, because with the custom selection your always get a rectangle)
clic on the Custom Selection 
and set the following settings.
7. Open the tube K@rine_dream_Misted_Landscape_3141 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Place the tube in the selection.
Selections>Invert.
Press CANC on the keyboard 
Selections>Select None.
9. Open the tube cid_A0889D7C936047D867933DC55C5E6E7 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, 1 time to 90% and 1 time to 95%, resize all layers not checked.
Place the tube properly.
10. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.
11. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.
12. Image>Resize, to 90%, resize all layers not checked.
13. Activate the Magic Wand tool 
and clic on the transparent area to select it.
14. Change the gradient settings
Flood Fill the selection with your gradient.
15. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.
Selections>Select None.
16. Image>Canvas Size - 1000 x 700 pixels.
17. Select the bord with your Magic Wand Tool
Set your background color to black,
Flood Fill the selection with this color.
18. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Texture - Weave.
19. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Layers>Arrange>Send to Bottom.
Set again your background color to #aa294b.
Flood Fill the layer with your gradient.
20. Selections>Invert.
21. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.
Repeat Drop Shadow, but vertical and horizontal -5.
Selections>Select None.
22. Open the tube DAISY3 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, 2 time to 50%, resize all layers not checked.
23. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.
Move the flower at the top left.
24. Effects>Plugins>Simple - Top Left Mirror.
25. Open the tube Deco_LoveYu_CibiBijoux - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 50%, resize all layers not checked.
Image>Mirror.
Move the tube in the lower right.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.
26. Open SE_Valentines_Labels - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the tube in the lower left, see my example.
27. Layers>Merge>Merge All.
28. Image>Add borders, 30 pixels, symmetric, color white.
29. Sign your work and save as jpg.
