This tutorial was translated with PSPX3 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

Copy the selection in the Selections Folder.

1. Open a new transparent image 900 x 650 pixels.

2. Selections>Select All.

3. Open the image bg_stock_5ty-by_moonglowlilly - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.

Selections>Select None.

4. Open the tube 1293385603_enfants_nikita - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, 2 times to 80%, resize all layers not checked.
Place the tube rightly, see my example.



5. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



6. Open the tube Oiseaux - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move le tube in the upper right.

7. Effests>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.

8. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

9. Image>Add border, 3 pixels, symmetric, color #1f3a28.
Image>Add border, 10 pixels, symmetric, color #d9ebed.
Image>Add borders, 3 pixels, symmetric, color #1f3a28.

10. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection sel_stock_nines.



11. Layers>Duplicate - 2 times (and we have 3 identical layers).
Rename the layers "1", "2" and "3".



12. Activate the layer "1".

13. Effects>Plugins>Eye Candy 4000 - Jiggle.



14. Activate the layer "2".
Repeat Effects>Plugins>Eye Candy 4000 - Jiggle, clic on Random Seed and ok.

15. Activate the layer "3".
Repeat Effects>Plugins>Eye Candy 4000 - Jiggle, clic on Random Seed and ok.

Selections>Select None.

16. Open the tube 96dfdad1 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, to 50%, resize all layers not cheched.
Move the tube in the lower right.



Animation.

1. Close the layers "2" et "3" and keep the top layer selected
(it is not necessary to activate the layer for opening or closing it).



2. Edit>Copy Special>Copy Merged.

Open Animation Shop and Edit>Paste>Paste as new image.

3. Go back to PSP.
Close the layer 1 and open the layer 2.



4. Edit>Copy Special>Copy Merged.
Go back to Animation Shop and Edit>Paste after the active image.

5. Go back to PSP.
Close the layer 2 and open the layer 3.



6. Edit>Copy Special>Copy Merged.

Go back to Animation Shop and go to Edit>Paste after the active image.

7. Edit>Select All.

8. Animation>Resize - to 90%.
