This tutorial was translated with PSPX7 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

Copy the Selection in the Selections Folder.

1. Open a new transparent image 900 x 700 pixels.

2. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection sel.little.nines.



3. Set your foreground color to #07354d,
and your background color to #195a76.



Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Sunburst.



Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with your Gradient.

4. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation.



Selections>Select None.

5. Open stars_gold_27682 by Sischu - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

6. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with your Gradient.

7. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Load again the selection sel.little.nines.



Press CANC on the keyboard
Selections>Select None.

8. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Paper Textures - Canvas Fine.



9. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



10. Open cluster_promade_en velo - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

11. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



12. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



13. Open the tube BS31-Little Christmas - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the tube down.



14. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



15. Open Magic_Dust_02.01 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

16. Open Adorno_corner_navidad_nines - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the tube at the upper right.

17. Open the text Merry Christmas_nines - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Place the text in the middle.



18. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

19. Effects>3D Effects>Inner Bevel.



20. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



21. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.
Image>Add borders, 10 pixels, symmetric, color #940010.
Image>Add borders, 40 pixels, symmmetric, color #ffffff.

22. Activate the Magic Wand Tool
and click on the 40 pixels border to select it.

23. Open the pattern cid_038c01c95788Se1dcc300S07097fc8@Atlon and minimize it.
Set your foreground color to Pattern and select the image.



Flood Fill the selection with your foreground Pattern.
Selections>Select None.

24. Sign your work and save as jpg.
