This tutorial was translated with PSPX3 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

Copy the preset Emboss 3 in the Presets Folder.
Copy the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.

1. Open a new transparent image 950 x 700 pixels.

2. Set your foreground color to #4d7ccb,
Set your background color to #d4d0d9.



Flood Fill the image with your foreground color #4d7ccb.

3. Layer>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill with your background color #d4d0d9.

4. Layers>New Mask layer>From image.
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask Narah_Mask_1092.



Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

5. Effects>Plugins>VM Toolbox - Instant Tile.



6. Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen More.

7. Layers>Duplicate.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

8. Open the tube Fleur misted jewel 0046 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, to 90%, resize all layers not checked.
Place the tube in the middle, see my example.

9. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

10. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Buttons & Frames - 3D Glass Frame 1.



11. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Resize, 2 times to 50% and 1 times to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

12. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Copies.



13. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



14. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



15. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.

16. Open the tube Adorno_rectangulos_nines - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Place rightly the tube, see my example.

17. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

18. Layers>Duplicate.
19. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.



20. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur, radius 25.



21. Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur.



22. Image>Resize, to 90%, resize all layers not checked.

23. Effects>Texture Effects>Mosaic Antique.



24. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling.



25. Effects>User Defined Filter - select the preset Emboss 3 and ok.



26. Layers>Arrange>Send to Bottom.

27. Layer>New Raster Layer.
Layers>Arrange>Send to Bottom.
Flood Fill with your foreground color #4d7ccb.

28. Activate the layer Merged.
Image>Resize, to 85%, resize all layers not checked.

29. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



30. Adjust>Brighness and Contraste>Brightness and Contraste.



31. Open the tube K@rine_dreams_Lady_Blue_3677_Marz_2017 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, to 90%, resize all layers not checked.

Place rightly the tube, see my example.

32. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



33. Activate again the tube Adorno_rectangulos_nines - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the tube at the bottom.

34. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

35. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Buttons & Frames - 3D Glass Frame 1.



36. Sign your work and save as jpg.
