This tutorial was created with PSP X2 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

For this tutorial, you will need:

Open the mask in PSP and minimize with the rest of the material.

1. Set the Foreground color to #9fb9c4,
and the Background color to #143a6b.



Set the foreground color on Foreground/background Gradient, style Linear.



2. Open a new transparent image 800 x 600 pixels.

Flood Fill with the gradient.

3. Open the tube mentali-misted341 - Edit>Copy.
Back to your work and go to Edit>Past as new layer.

4. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

5. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame, standard.



6. Edit>Copy.

7. Image>Resize - 80%, resize all layers not checked.

8. Selections>Select All.
Layer>New Raster Layer.
Layers>Arrange>Send to Bottom.
Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

9. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, standard.



10. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 15.



11. Effects>Plugins>L&K's - L&K's Adonis.



12. Layer>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill with background color #143a6b.

13. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 5 pixels.
Press CANC on the keyboard
Selections>Select None.

14. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

15. Image>Canvas Size - 950 x 750 pixels.



16. Activate the Magic Wand Tool
and clic on the transparent space to select it.

17. Layer>New Raster Layer.
Layers>Arrange>Send to Bottom.
Set the Foreground color to Color.
Flood Fill the layer with foreground color #9fb9c4.

18. Layers>New Mask layer>From image.
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask Mask_Nines_01.



Layers>Merge>Merge group.

Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen more.

19. Layer>New Raster Layer.
Layers>Arrange>Send to Bottom.

Set again Foreground color to Gradient and change the settings.



Flood Fill the layer with the gradient.

20. Activate the top layer.

Open the tube libellulegraphisme_lapin_noeud_bleu - Edit>Copy.
Back to your work and go to Edit>Past as new layer.

Image>Resize - 3 times to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

Move the tube at the bottom right.

21. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



22. Open the tube Kind-Eiy - Edit>Copy.
Back to your work and go to Edit>Past as new layer.

Move the tube to the left side.

23. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



24. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

25. Image>Add borders - 5 pixels, symmetric, color #143a6b.

26. Sign your work et save as jpg.
