This tutorial was translated with PSPX2 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.
In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

Copy the preset Emboss 3 in the Presets Folder.
1. Open a new transparent image 950 x 650 pixels.
2. Set your foreground color to #00401e.
Set your background color to #69c39f.

Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Sunburst.

Flood Fill the transparent image with your gradient.
3. Open the tube flores 021 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
4. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.

5. Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur.

6. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Pole Transform.

7. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Flip.
8. Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
9. Effects>User Defined Filter - select the preset Emboss 3 and ok.

10. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Resize, 3 times to 80%, resize all layers not checked.
11. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - &<Bkg Kaleidoscope> - Kaleidoscope Flower.

12. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Float.
Selections>Defloat.
13. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Set your foreground color to #2d4b19.
Flood Fill the selection with the foreground color #2d4b19 (click 5 times to fill well).
14. Selections>Modify>Contract - 5 pixels.
Press CANC on the keyboard 
Selections>Select None.
15. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - VM Toolbox - Instant Tile.

16. Edit>Paste as new layer (the tube flores 021 is still in memory).
17. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, same settings.

18. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.
19. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.

20. Edit>Copy.
Image>Resize, 90%, resize all layers not checked.
21. Image>Canvas Size - 950 x 700 pixels.

22. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Layers>Arrange>Send to Bottom.
23. Selections>Select All.
Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.
24. Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur, same settings.

25. Keep this layer selected.
Activate again the tube flores 021 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Édition>Coller comme nouveau calque.
26. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Simple - Zoom out and flip.

27. You should have this.

28. Activate the top layer.
Open the tube Gabry woman 100-18 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Erase the watermark.
Image>Resize, 1 time to 80% and 1 time to 90%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube to the left side.
29. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.

30. Layers>Merge>Merge All.
31. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.
Image>Add borders, 20 pixels, symmetric, color #304d1d.
Image>Add borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #ffffff.
32. Sign your work and save as jpg.
