This tutorial was translated with PSPX3 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.
In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

1. Open a new transparent image 900 x 650 pixels.
2. Set your foreground color to #77838f,
and your background color to #d3e0e6.

3. Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Sunburst.

don't worry if the gradient doesn't look like my screen.
Your material palette should be as below.

3. Flood Fill
the transparent image with your gradient.
according to your version of PSP, you could have a different result.
With Corel X2

with Corel X3

Don't worry and go on.
4. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.

5. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.
Layers>Merge>Merge down.
6. Selection Tool 
(no matter the type of selection, because with the custom selection your always get a rectangle)
clic on the Custom Selection 
and set the following settings.

7. Press CANC on the keyboard 

Selections>Select None.
8. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.

9. Change the settings of your Gradient.

10. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Layers>Arrange>Send to Bottom.
Flood Fill
the layer with your Gradient.
11. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Selections>Select All.
12. Open the background image JHanna_54 - Edit>Copy.
go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Luminance (Legacy).
13. Activate the top layer.
Open the tube "lazo" - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move
the tube to the left side.

14. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.

15. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.
16. Open the tube MR_Joanna - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, 2 times to 80%, resize all layers not chechedk.
Erase the watermark.
17. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.

18. Open StarLightDesings_PassionForNeedlCraft_WA (1) - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move
the tube to the left side, see my example.
19. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.
20. Layers>Merge>Merge All.
21. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, foreground color #77838f.
Image>Add borders, 10 pixels, symmetric, background color plan #d3e0e6.
Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, foreground color #77838f.
Image>Add borders, 30 pixels, symmetric, background color plan #d3e0e6.
22. Activate the Magic Wand tool 
clic on the 30 pixels' bord to select it.
23. Effects>Plugins>Graphics Plus - Cross shadow, default settings.

Selections>Select None.
24. Sign your work and save as jpg.
