This tutorial was created with PSPX3 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

1. Set your Foreground color to #41504c,
and your Background color to #7f8a78.

Set the Foreground color to Foreground/Background Gradient, style Rectangular.

2. Open a new transparent image 900 x 650 pixels.
Flood Fill
with your Gradient.
3. Open the tube Dani@1782 - Edit>Copy.
don't close the tube; you'll use it later
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
4. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.

5. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian blur - radius 50.

6. Effects>Plugins>Xero - Fritillary.

7. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - DC Special - Crystal.

Note: The original version of this effect consists of 4 different voices

The version used by Nines consists of 3 different voices from the previous version

8. Effects>Plugins>Mehdi - Melt.

9. Open the tube Grisi_Misted_Paisaje_347 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
10. Again activate the tube Dani@1782 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, 90%, resize all layers not checked.
11. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.

12. Repeat Ombre portée, but color #e2dbc9.

Edit>Repeat Drop Shadow.
13. Layers>Merge>Merge All.
14. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color black.
Image>Add borders, 20 pixels, symmetric, color #7f8a78.
15. Activate the Magic Wand tool 
clic on 20 pixels bord to select it.
16. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Tramages - Pool Shadow, default settings.

Selections>Select None.
17. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color black.
Image>Add borders, 50 pixels, symmetric, color white.
Select the white bord with Magic Wand tool 
Flood Fill
the selection with your gradient.
18. Effects>Plugins>Simple - Zoom out and flip.
Selections>Select None.
19. Layers>New raster layer.
20. Effects>Plugins>Dragonfly - Sinedots II.
Clic on Open, and look for - in the material folder - the preset u-to-z.

Open the preset menu, select white curl and ok.

21. Image>Resize, 80%, resize all layers not checked.
Change the Blend mode of this layer to Soft Light and the opacity to 80%.
22. Layers>Merge>Merge all.
23. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color black.
Sign your work and save as jpg.
