This tutorial was translated with PSPX17 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

Copy the preset Emboss 3 in the Presets Folder.
Copy the texture in the Textures Folder.

Open the mask and minimize it with the rest of the material.

1. Open a new transparent image 900 x 650 pixels.

2. Set your Foreground color to #98d1f6,
and your Background color to #447dab.



Set your Foreground Color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Linear.



Flood Fill the transparent image with your Gradient.

3. Adjust>Add/Remove Noise>Add Noise.



4. Layers>Duplicate.

5. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask sax-gittervorlag.



don't worry if you see nothing; it is normal
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

6. Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More.

7. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling.



8. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



9. Layers>Duplicate.
Change the Blend mode of this layer to Multiply.

10. Open the tube aclis_vintage_01_05_07_2012 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

11. Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur.



12. Effects>User Defined Filter - select the preset Emboss 3 and ok.



13. Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Luminance (legacy).
Move the layer under the floor layer.



for my example, I resized the layer to 200%, all the layers not checked,
and reduced the opacity to 50%.



14. Edit>Paste as new layer (the tube aclis_vintage_01_05_07_2012 is still in memory).

Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.
Change the Blend mode of this layer to Luminance (legacy).

15. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



16. Adjust>Brightness and Contrast>Brightness and Contrast.



17. Activate the top layer.
Open the tube Lize-dieren-DK 02 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube to the left side.

18. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



19. Open the tube Lize-dieren-DK 05 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube to the right side.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.

20. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

21. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color #021943.
Image>Add borders, 10 pixels, symetric, color white.
Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color #021943.
Image>Add borders, 30 pixels, symmetric, colore white.

22. Activate the Magic Wand tool
and clic on the 30 pixels white bord to select it.

23. Change the settings of your Gradient.



Flood Fill the bord with your gradient.

24. Effects>Texture Effects>Texture - select the texture 28-cmv with these settings.



25. Effects>3D Effects>Inner Bevel.



Selections>Select None.

26. Sign your work on a new layer.

Layers>Merge>Merge All and save as jpg.
