Here you find the original of this tutorial:

This tutorial was created with PSP X2 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

For this tutorial, you will need:
Material here
The tubes are by Guismo.
The wordart are by Linda.

Copy the selections in the Selection Folder.

Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.

1. Set your Foreground color to #081a0d,
and your Background color to #2b585b.

2. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 700 pixels.

Flood Fill with your foreground color #081a0d.

3. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill with your background color #2b585b.

4. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask Narah_mask_0808:



Layers>Merge>Merge group.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Luminance.

5. Activate the bottom layer.

Selections>Load/Save selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection sel_busteotto_nines.



6. Effects>Plugins>AP 01 [Innovations] - Lines SilverLining



7. Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance more.
Selections>Select None.

8. Selections>Load/Save selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection sel_busteotto1_nines.



9. Effects>Plugins>AP 01 [Innovations] - Lines SilverLining.



10. Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance more.
Selections>Select None.

11. Activate the top layer.

Selection Tool
(no matter the type of selection, because with the custom selection your always get a rectangle)
clic on the Custom Selection
and set the following settings.



12. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Open the tube calguisbusteotto28072012 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

13. Custom Selection
and set the following settings.



14. Layers>New Raster Layer.

Open the tube calguisbodyotto28072012 - dit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

15. Open the tube cal_guis_mon_bj_wom_chap - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the tube down the middle.



16. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #d0c3c1.



Edit>Repeat Drop Shadow.

17. Layers>Merge>Merge all.

18. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color #081a0d.

19. Image>Resize, 90%, resize all layer checked.

20. Image>Add borders, 30 pixels, symétrique, color #d0c3c1.
Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symétrique, color #081a0d.

21. Copy/Paste as new layer the two wordart LF-WA-9,
move one wordart to the right side,
and the other to the left side.

22. Layers>Merge>Merge all.

23. Sign your work and save as jpg.
