This tutorial was translated with PSPX3 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

1. Open a new transparent image 800 x 600 pixels.

2. Set your foreground color to #ffe6d1
Set your background color to #efa28e.



Set your foreground color to a Foreground/background Gradient, style Linear.



Flood Fill the transparent image with your gradient.

3. Effects>Texture Effects>Blinds - color black.



4. Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen More.

5. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 30 pixels.
Press CANC on the keyboard
Selections>Select None.

6. Effects>Geometric Effects>Skew.



7. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.

8. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

9. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Layers>Arrange>Send to Bottom.

Change the Gradient settings, style Sunburst.



Flood Fill the layer with the gradient.

10. Activate the top layer.
Activate the Magic Wand Tool
and clic on the four corners to select them.



11. Activate the bottom layer.

Effects>Artistic Effects>Halftone.



Selections>Select None.

12. Again activate the top layer.
Clic in the middle of the image with your Magic Wand tool



13. Activate the bottom layer.

Effects>Texture Effects>Weave.
Weave color #efa28e; Gap Color #ffe6d1.



Selections>Select None.

14. Activate the top layer.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



15. Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Distortion Effects>Pinch.



16. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

17. Image>Add borders, 5 pixels, symmetric, color #A47466.
Image>Add borders, 50 pixels, symmetric, color #ffe6d1.

18. Select the 50 pixels bord with your Magic Wand tool

19. Open the texte Feliz Aniversario and minimize it
(in the material I joined the french and the english texts).

20. Set your foreground color du Pattern,
and look for the text under the category Open Images



Select the text with these settings.



21. Flood fill the selection with the pattern.
Selections>Select None.

22. Open the tube JRett-AllStarBirthday25 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, 2 times to 80%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube as in my example.

23. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



24. Open the tube Tocha24417 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, 2 times to 80%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube to the left side.

25. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



26. Open the tube 000601c8a878 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, 2 times to 80%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube to the bottom right.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.

27. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

28. Image>Add borders, 5 pixels, symmetric, color #b6724c.

29. Sign your work and save as jpg.
