This tutorial was translated with PSPX7 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

1. Open a new transparent image 900 x 600 pixels.

2. Set your foreground color to #131a75,
and your background color to #ffffff.



Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Linear.



Flood Fill the transparent with your background color #ffffff.

3. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Selections>Select All.

4. Open the tube nicole fantaisie1 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste ito Selection.
Selections>Select None.

5. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.



6. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 20.



7. Effects>Plugins>Virtual Painter - Virtual Painter 4.



8. Open the tube calguisfaceillustration24092016 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Mirror.
Move the tube at the upper right, see my example.

9. Activate again the tube nicole fantaisie1 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

10. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



11. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

12. Effects>Modules Externes>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.



13. Layers>Duplicate.
Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 20



14. Image>Canvas Size - 900 x 750 pixels.



15. Effects>Modules Externes>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling.



16. Open the tube Femme 711 by Lily and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, 1 time to 80% and 1 time to 90%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube at the bottom left.

17. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black #000000.



18. Open the tube calguispapillon24092016, erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the tube at the bottom right.



19. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.



20. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

21. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, foreground color #131a75.

22. Image>Resize, to 95%, resize all layers checked.

23. Image>Add borders, 40 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.

24. Activate your Magic Wand Tool
and clic on the with border to select it.
Flood Fill the selection with your gradient.
Selections>Select None.

25. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 20 pixels.
Selections>Invert.

26. Effects>Texture Effects>Weave
weave color: foreground color #131a75
gap color: color white #ffffff.



Selections>Select None.

27. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 42 pixels.

28. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.



Edit>Repeat Drop Shadow.

Selections>Select None.

29. Sign your work and save as jpg.
