This tutorial was translated with PSPX7 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

Copy the selection in the Selections Folder.

1. Open a new transparent image 900 x 600 pixels.

2. Set your foreground color to #827587,
and your background color to #c5bfcb.



Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Sunburst.



Flood Fill the transparent image with your gradient.

4. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection sel.339.nines



Selections>Promote Selection to layer.

4. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.



Repeat Drop Shadow, vertical and horizontal -5.
Selections>Select None.

5. Effects>Distortion Effects>Polar Coordinates.



6. Effects>Artistic Effects>Halftone.



7. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



8. Activate the layer Raster 1.

Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Load again the selection sel.339.nines



9. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Set your foreground color to Color.
Flood Fill the selection with your foreground color #827587.

10. Selections>Modify>Contract - 3 pixels.
Press CANC on the keyboard
Flood Fill the selection with your background color #c5bfcb.

11. Selections>Modify>Contract - 3 pixels.
Press CANC on the keyboard.
Flood Fill the selection with your foreground color #827587.

12. Selections>Modify>Contract - 3 pixels.
Press CANC on the keyboard
Flood Fill the selection with your background color #c5bfcb

13. Selections>Modify>Contract - 3 pixels.
Press CANC on the keyboard
Flood Fill the selection with your foreground color #827587.

14. Selections>Modify>Contract - 3 pixels.

Selections>Select None.

15. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - VM Extravaganza - Transmission, default settings.



16. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, Side by side



17. Activate your Magic Wand Tool
and click on the right and left parts to select them.



18. Layers>New Raster Layer.

Open the image MRD_SeaMemories_ocean fog and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

19. Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Luminance (legacy).

20. Open the tube gaviotas and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the tube to the left side.

21. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.



22. Activate the top layer.

Open the tube Criss 3489 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.
Place the tube in the center.

23. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.



24. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

25. Set again your foreground color to the Sunburst Gradient.
Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, foreground color #827587.
Image>Add borders, 50 pixels, symmetric, background color #c5bfcb.

Select this border with your Magic Wand Tool
Flood Fill the selection with your gradient.

26. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - VM Extravaganza - Transmission, same settings.



27. Selections>Invert.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.



Selections>Select None.

28. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.



29. Open texto-01-0_78eba and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the tube at the bottom right.

30. Sign your work on a new layer.
Layers>Merge>Merge All and save as jpg.
