This tutorial was written with PSPX8 and translated with PSPX7 and PSPX3, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.



If you have problems with alpha channel,
open a new transparent image 950 x 600 pixels,
and use the selections from disk.

Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.

1. Set your foreground color to #6783ab,
and your background color to #685854.

This image, that will be the basis of your work, is not empty,
but contains the selections saved to alpha channel.

Effects>Plugins>Mehdi - Wavy Lab 1.1.
This filter creates gradients with the colors of your Materials palette.
The first is your background color, the second is your foreground color.
Change the last two colors created by the filtre:
the third color with color 3 #eeecec and the forth color with color 4 #374f71.



Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 20.



2. Open the background image fond

(if necessary, change the colors with the plugin Adjust>Variations).

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Overlay.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

3. Set your foreground color to white.

Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with color white.

Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask NarahsMasks_1780



Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

4. Activate the layer below, Raster 1.

Layers>New Raster Layer.

Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Alpha Channel.
The selection #1 is immediately available. You just have to click Load.



Open the misted Criss 5522

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Optional (according to your misted):
Layers>Duplicate.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

Again: Layers>Duplicate.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Multiply.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

5. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Glass.
Select the preset Clear no drop shadow and ok.



(If necessary, in the zip your find the result déco Glass

to copy/paste as new layer).

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color 4 #374f71.



Keep selected.

6. Activate your top layer.



Selections>Modify>Select Selection Borders.



Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.
Selections>Select None.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.

7. Activate the layer below, Groupe-Raster 2.

Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Alpha Channel.
Open the Selections menu and load the selection #2.



Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.

Effects>Plugins>Mura's Seamless - Emboss at Alpha, default settings.



Selections>Select None.

8. Activate the layer Raster 1.
Layers>Duplicate.
Close the layer Raster 1 and stay on the layer of the copy.



Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

Image>Resize, to 75%, resize all layers not checked.

Activate your Selection Tool
and click on Layer opaque



Selections>Modify>Select Selection Borders, same settings.



Flood Fill the selection with color white.

Effects>3D Effects>Inner Bevel.



Selections>Select None.

9. Open and activate the layer Raster 1.
Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling.



Effects>Distortion Effects>Wave.



Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.

10. Open déco cadre centre

Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Don't move it.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color white.



11. Activate the layer Raster 1.
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with color white.

Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window
and select again the mask NarahsMasks_1780



Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Overlay.

12. Activate the top Layer, Merged.



Open the tube déco herbe

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

K key to activate your Pick Tool
keep Position X: 0,00 and set Position Y: 434,00.



Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Overlay.

13. Note: you can use the deco tube to your liking.

Open déco branches

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the tube at the upper right.
(Objects>Align>Right and after Objects>Align>Top).



14. Open déco 2oeufs

Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Set Position X: 4,00 and Position Y: 0,00.



M key to deselect the Tool.

15. Open the tube wieskes tube1008

Optional, according to your tubes
Erase the watermark and select the first tube



Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 40%, resize all layers not checked.

activate again the tube.
Selections>Select None and select the second tube.



Edit>Copy.
You can close the tube, without saving the modifications.

Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 40%, resize all layers not checked.

Move the two tubes to the right.



Activate the top layer.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, background color.



16. Open déco poussin

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the tube at the bottom left.

K key to activate your Pick Tool
and set Position x: 18,00 and Position Y: 429,00.



17. Open déco coquilles

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the tube down in the center.

Keep Position X: 322,00 and set Position Y: 439,00.



M key to deselect the Tool.

18. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixels, symmetric, color 4 #374f71.
Image>Add borders, 5 pixels, symmetric, color white.

Image>Add Borders, 1 pixels, symmetric, color 4 #374f71.
Image>Add borders, 50 pixels, symmetric, color white.

Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.



19. Open the text titre

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

K key to activate your Pick Tool
and set Position X: 334,00 and Position Y: 64,00.



M key to deselect the Tool.

Sign your work on a new layer.

Layers>Merge>Merge All.

20. Image>Resize, 950 pixels width, resize all layers checked.

Adjust>Sharpness>Unsharp Mask - Soft.



Save as jpg.
