Thanks SIM PSP Group for your invitation to translate your tutorials into english
This tutorial was written by Edith Gurgel and Marcinha with Psp2020 and translated with Psp2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.
In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

Copy the selection in the Selections Folder.
Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.
1. Choose 2 colors from your tube.
Set your foreground color to #2579ad,
and your background color to #60b8be.
color 3: #ffffff
color 4: #000000
Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Linear.
 
2. Open a new transparent image 900 x 600 pixels.
Selectoins>Select All.
Flood Fill  the transparent image with your Gradient.
3. Open the misted 155PaisagemByPqnaAlice 
Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.
4. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.
5. Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur.
6. Layers>Duplicate.
Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask Narah_mask_Abstract200
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.
7. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.
8. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, foreground color #2579ad
9. Effects>Plugins>Flaming Pear - Flexify 2
10. Edit>Paste as new layer - the misted 155PaisagemByPqnaAlice is still in memory.
Image>Resize, to 60%, resize all layers not checked.
Layers>Arrange>Move Down.
11. Activate your top layer, Group-Copy of Raster 1.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
12. Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Objects>Align>Left.
13. Activate the layer Raster 1.
Effects>Texture Effects>Mosaic - Glass
14. Adjust>Sharpen More.
Layers>Duplicate.
15. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling
16. Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror
17. Selections>Load/Save Selections>Load Selection From Disk.
Look for and load the selection Selection_Bright_4Maos
Press 6 times CANC on the keyboard 
Selections>Select None.
18. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, foreground color #2579ad.
19. Activate your top layer, Raster 2.
Layers>Duplicate.
20. Effects>Texture Effects>Mosaic Glass, same settings.
21. Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Layers>Arrange>Move Down.
22. Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Hard Light.
Your tag and the layers
23. Activate the top layer, Raster 2.
Open the tube AnaRidzi2037 
Edit>Copy.
Go back toy our work and go to Edit>Paste as New Layer.
Image>Resize, to 70%, resize all layers not checked.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
24. Objects>Align>Top.
Objects>Align>Right.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Screen and reduce the opacity to 40%.
25. Activate the layer Copy of Raster 1.
Layers>Arrange>Bring to Top.
26. Edit>Paste as new layer - the tube AnaRidzi2037 is still in memory.
Image>Resize, to 70%, resize all layers not checked.
Objects>Align>Top.
Objects> Align> Right.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
27. Layers>Duplicate.
Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 30
Layers>Arrange>Move Down.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Multiply.
Your tag and the layers.
28. Image>Add borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color black #000000.
Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color white #ffffff.
Image>Add borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color black #000000.
29. Edit>Copy
Selections>Select All.
30. Image>Add Bordes - 40 pixels, symmetric, whatever color.
Selections>Invert.
Edit>Paste Into Selection.
Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 30
31. Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror, same settings.
32. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.
33. Selections>Promote Selection to layer.
Selections>Select None.
34. Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Vertical.
Reduce the opacity of this layer to 50%.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
35. Open Titulo_Bright_byEdith-Marcinha 
Note: the title file contains two layers:
one of them contains the title in white color, so that it can be colored according to the colors you are using.
The font used to create the title is included in the material, we use the font size at 72.
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as New Layer.
Move  the texte to the left.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color at your choice, for me #f1c109
36. Sign your work and save as jpg.
