This tutorial was created with PSPX8 and translated with PSPX3, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.
Copy the preset in the folder of the plugins Alien Skin Eye Candy 5.
One or two clic on the file (it depends by your settings), automatically the preset will be copied in the right folder.

Copy the preset Emboss 3 in the Preset Folder.
Copy the preset Preset_Lights_poeme in the Presets Folder.
Copy the selection in the Selections Folder.
1. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 700 pixels.
Set your foreground color to #8a6140 (choosen by the tube),
and your background color to white #ffffff.

Flood Fill the transparent image with your foreground color #8a6140.
2. Effects>Plugins>Graphics Plus - Cross shadow, default settings.

Adjust>Add/Remove Noise>JPEG Artifact Removal.

Effects>Plugins>FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss, default settings.

3. Effects>Artistic Effects>Halftone.

4. Effects>Plugins>Filter Factory Gallery T - Color Bevel.

Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.
5. Selections>Select All.
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Open OBG_BRUSH_33 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.
Image>Negative Image.
Reduce the opacity of this layer to 26%.

6. Open text2-4e9f_71L_ poeme - and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Negative Image.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.

7. Open the tube 4852-luzcristina and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Objects>Align>Left.
If you are working with a previous version that has not available the menu Objects,
use the Move Tool to move your tube.
8. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection poeme.

Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill with your background color #ffffff.
Selections>Modifier>Contract - 8 pixels.
Press CANC on the keyboard 
9. Selections>Modify>Contract - 28 pixels.
Flood Fill with your background color #ffffff.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 8 pixels.
Flood Fill with your foreground color #8a6140.
10. Edit>Paste as new layer (the tube 4852-luzcristina is still in memory).
Place the tube over the selection as you like better.
Selections>Invert.
Press CANC on the keyboard.
Selections>Select None.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.

11. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Glass.
select the preset Katrina and ok.

12. Activate the bottom layer Raster 1.
Effects>Illumination Effects>Lights
select the preset poeme and ok
The preset shows the light 5 - color #c33729

Here below the other lights, in case of problems with the preset
Light 1 - color #abace3

Light 2 - color #279132

Light 3 - color #eacf18

Light 4 - color #c33729.

Your should have this

13. Activate the top layer, Raster 5.
Open Ildiko_create_deco (37) and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Effects>Image Effects>Offset.

Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling - side by side.

Effects>User Defined Filter - select the preset Emboss 3 and ok.

14. Open Ildiko_create_deco (24) and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Effects>Image Effects>Offset.

Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, side by side.

Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Flip.
Layers>Merge>Merge down.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Luminance (legacy).
15. Activate the bottom layer, Raster 1.
Layers>Duplicate.
Layers>Arrange>Bring to Top.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Overlay and reduce the opacity to 30.

Optional: Effects>Plugins>AAA Filters - Custom, click on Landscape and ok.
16. Selections>Select All.
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Open Ildiko_Desings_Created@Deco (3) and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Dissolve.

Image>Add borders, 30 pixels, symmetric, color white #ffffff.
Sign your work and save as jpg.
little note about the watermark:
I don't ask to put watermark on the versions made by my translations.
But if you decide to use the watermark supplied by the author, I would appreciate that my work as translator was also respected.
For that, I added my watermark to the material.
