Edit>Repeat Drop Shadow.

Selections>Select None.

35. Image>Add borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #000000.

36. Image>Resize, 1024 width, resize all layers checked.

Sign your work on a new layer.

Add, if you wish, the author's watermark, without forgetting that of the translator.
