This tutorial was written with Psp18 and translated with PspX9, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.
The Gradient of CorelX here



Copy the preset Emboss 3 in the Presets Folder.

1. Set your foreground color to dark color #530105,
and your background color to light color #bebf72



Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Radial.



Open a new transparent image 900 x 600 pixels.
Flood Fill the transparent image with your Gradient.

2. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, Side by side.



3. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 15.



Layers>Duplicate.

4. Effets>Modules Externes>Funhouse - Facet Offset, default settings.



5. Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More.

Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Pole Transform.



6. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.



7. Close this layer,
and activate the layer Raster 1.

8. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Déformations - Distortion Tourbillonnante.



9. Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More.

Layers>New Raster Layer.
Selections>Select All.

Open the misted LeniDiniz_132misted-flores

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

10. Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur.



11. Effects>Plugins>DSB Flux - Linear Transmission.



12. Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More.

Edit>Paste as new layer (the misted is still in memory).

Image>Resize, if necessary, resize all layers not checked (for the supplied tube I didn't it).

Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.



13. Open decor1_celina_leni

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

14. Open and activate the top layer, Copy of Raster 1.



Open no decor2_celina_leni

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

K key to activate your Pick Tool
and set Position X: 55,00 and Position Y: 51,00.



Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.



15. Edit>Copy Special>Copy Merged.

16. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, dark foreground color #530105.
Image>Add borders, 4 pixels, symmetric, light background color #febf72.
Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, dark foreground color #530105.

17. Selections>Select All.

Image>Add borders, 50 pixels, symmetric, whatever color.

Selections>Invert.

Edit>Paste into Selection

Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 15.



Selections>Invert.

18. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.



Selections>Select None.

19. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.



20. Open your main tube LeniDiniz-819mulheres

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, if necessary - for the supplied tube to 74%, resize all layers not checked.

Image>Mirror.
Move the tube to the left, ou to your liking.

Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, at your choice.

21. Open the tube título_celina_leni-1

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the text to your liking.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, at your choice.

For my example, to make a shadow I did so:

Open the second text título_celina_leni2

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Layers>Arrange>Move Down.
Placer correctly the two text about as below.



22. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixels, symmetric, dark foreground color #530105.

23. Sign your work and save as jpg.
