This tutorial was translated with PSPX3 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

Copy the selections in the Selections Folder.

1. Set your foreground color to #8c735e,
and your background color to #fcf3ea.



2. Open a new transparent image 800 x 600 pixels.

3. Selections>Select All.
Open the Cosmos image and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Keep selected.

4. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Open the graphique with the blu lines and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

5. Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror.



6. Adjust>Hue and Saturation>Colorize.



7. Layers>Duplicate.
Close this layer and activate the layer below of the original.

8. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



Open again and activate the top layer.

9. Effects>Plugins>Flaming Pear - Flexify 2.



10. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



11. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection Sélections_Joanne_Cosmos_Windows_1



Press 2 times CANC on the keyboard
Selections>Select None.

12. Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

13. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection Sélections_Joanne_Cosmos_Windows



Press 3 times CANC on the keyboard
Selections>Select None.

14. Layers>Duplicate.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

15. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.



1 16. Open the girl tube and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
17. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.
Repeat Drop shadow, vertical and horizontal -5.

18. Move the tube to the right side, see my example.

19. Open the wood gnome tube, erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 60%, resize all layers not checked.
Image>Mirror.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, as at step 17.

20. Move the tube at the bottom left.



21. Sign your work on a new layer.

little note about the watermark:
I never ask to put watermark on the versions made by my translations.
But if you decide to use the watermark supplied by the author (to change in Soft Light),
I would appreciate that my work as translator was respected too.
For that, I added my watermark to the material (a layer for every language that I translate).

20. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

22. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, background color.
Image>Add borders, 30 pixels, symmetric, foreground color.
Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, background color.

23. Activate your Magic Wand Tool
and click on the 30 pixels border to select it.

24. Effects>Texture Effects>Blinds.



25. Effects>Plugins>Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow, default settings.



26. Save as jpg.
