Thanks Inge-lore for your invitation to translate your tutorials.
This tutorial was translated with PSPX, PSPX2, PSPX3, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

Copy the texture winni.texture.40 in the Textures Folder.
Copy the Selections in the Selections Folder.
1. Choose 2 colors from your material;
set your foreground color to the light color; for me #8cbfb8
and your background color to the dark color; for me #195770
Open a new transparent image 1000 x 650 pixels.
Selections>Select All.
Choose and open an image from the Tarot Folder
(the choice of this image is not important,
but it may give a difference in the colors, after applying the first effects.
Optionally, you can choose the colors after the result of the Simple filter)
For the example I chose The Star
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.
Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.
2. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 30.
Effects>Plugins>Mehdi - Sorting Tiles.
Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror, default settings.
Effects>Plugins>Simple - Top Left Mirror.
Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection Sternbild#1
3. Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.
Flood Fill the selection with your dark color.
Effects>Texture Effects>Weave
Weave color: light color
Gap color: dark color
Selections>Modify>Select Selection Borders.
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the selection with color white (or with your light color)
Selections>Select None.
Activate your Magic Wand Tool , tolerance 10-15
and click in the frame to select it.
4. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Effects>3D Effets>Cutout.
Selections>Select None.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down - 2 times.
Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.
Image>Flip.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.
Activate again the layer Raster 1.
5. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection Sternbild#2
Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.
Flood Fill the selection with your light color.
Effects>Texture Effects>Blinds - dark color.
Selections>Modify>Select Selection Borders, same settings.
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the selection with color white (or with your dark color).
Selections>Select None.
6. Activate your Magic Wand Tool
and click in the frame to select it.
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Effects>3D Effects>Cutout, same settings.
Selections>Select None.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down - 2 times.
Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.
Image>Flip.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.
7. Activate again the layer Raster 1.
Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection Sternbild#3
Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.
Set your foreground color with a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Linear.
Flood Fill the selection with your Gradient.
Selections>Modify>Select Selection Borders, Border width 4 and ok.
Flood Fill the selection with color white.
Effects>Texture Effects>Blinds, same settings.
Selections>Select None.
Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.
8. Activate the layer Raster 1.
Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection Sternbild#4
Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.
Effects>Texture Effects>Texture - select the texture winni.texture.40
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color white.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 20 pixels.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.
9. Selections>Modify>Contract - 20 pixels.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.
Selections>Select None.
Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
10. Activate again the layer Raster 1.
Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection Sternbild#5
Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.
Effects>Art Media Effects>Brush Strokes - dark color.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings, but with your dark color.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen More.
Selections>Select None.
11. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Flip.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
Activate the layer Raster 1.
Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Canvas Size - 1000 x 750 pixels.
Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.
12. Image>Add borders, 5 pixels, symmetric, dark color.
Selections>Select All.
Edit>Copy
Image>Add borders, 50 pixels, symmetric, light color.
Selections>Invert.
Edit>Paste into Selection.
Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur, same settings.
Effects>Texture Effects>Weave, same settings.
Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.
13. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 55 pixels.
Effects>3D Effects>Cutout, same settings.
Selections>Select None.
Choose and open an image from the Pinsel Folder.
File>Export>Custom Brush, give a name to the brush and ok.
14. Go back to your work.
Activate your Paint Brush Tool
look for and select the exported brush, size 170,
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Apply the brush on the top right frame,
clicking with your right button if you want to use your dark background color,
or your left button if you want to use you light foreground color.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.
Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
Open your main tube and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, if necessary, resize all layers not checked.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.
15. Sign your work on a new layer.
For the animation: close the layer of the main tube.
Edit>Copy Special>Copy Merged.
Open Animation Shop and go to Edit>Paste>Paste as new animation.
Layers>Duplicate - 2 times, and you'll get an animation composed by 3 frames.
Click on the first frame to select it and go to Edit>Select All.
Go back to PSP.
Choose and open a zodiac sign from Bling Folder.
Eliminate the background color.
Save the bling as PSP Animation Shop (*.psp)
16. Go back in Animation Shop and open the bling you saved.
Edit>Select All.
Edit>Copy.
Activate your work and go to Edit>Paste>Paste in the selected frame.
Place the bling in the bottom right frame
Repeat Edit>Paste>Paste in the selected frame.
and place the bling in the bottom left frame.
17. Go back to PSP.
Open the layer of the main tube and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to Animation Shop and go to Edit>Paste>Paste as new animation.
Edit>Duplicate - 2 time to get an animation composed by 3 frames.
Edit>Select All.
Edit>Copy.
Activate your work and go to Edit>Paste>Paste in the selected frame.
Place the image where it was previously in your work in PSP.
Check the result clicking on View animation
and save as gif.
