This tutorial has been translated with PSPX3, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).

Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the reste of the material.
1. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 700 pixels.
2. Set your foreground color to white #ffffff.
and your background color to dark color #323c33.
Flood Fill  the transparent image with color white.
3. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask 431174maskzen201585.
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.
4. Effects>Plugins>AP Lines - Lines SilverLining - Dotty Grid, default settings.
Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More.
5. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.
6. Effects>Geometric Effects>Circle.
7. Activate the layer Raster 1.
8. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.
9. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with your dark background color #323c33.
Layers>Arrange>Send to Bottom.
10. Activate the top layer.

Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Activate the Erase Tool

Reduce the opacity of this layer to 60%.

go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

28. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.
29. Foreground color #ffffff
Background color #323c33.
Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Linear.
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with your Gradient.
30. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 3 pixels.
Press CANC on the keyboard 
Selections>Select None.
31. Open the woman tube 2635-krikor-jabotian-LB TUBES - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Mirror.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
32. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.
33. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.
34. Image>Add borders, 3 pixels, symmetric, dark color.
Image>Add borders, 3 pixels, symmetric, color white.
Image>Add borders, 40 pixels, symmetric, dark color.
35. Sign your work on a new layer.
Layers>Merge>Merge All and save as jpg.
