This tutorial has been translated with PSPX2, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.
Copy the Gradients in the Gradients Folder.
1. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 700 pixels.
Set your foreground color to Gradient and select the gradient "RoseDust_CC", style Linear,
Set your background color to Gradient and select the gradient "SKTIGERSEYE", style Linear
Flood Fill  the transparent image with your foreground gradient (RoseDust).
2. Effects>Plugins>Mehdi - Sorting Tiles.
3. Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More.
4. Selection Tool 
(no matter the type of selection, because with the custom selection your always get a rectangle)
clic on the Custom Selection 
and set the following settings.
5. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with your background gradient (sktigerseye)
6. Effects>Plugins>L&K's - L&K Katharina.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen More.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.
Repeat Drop Shadow, but vertical and horizontal -3.
Selections>Select None.
7. Layers>Duplicate.
Effects>Image Effects>Offset.
8. Open the tube déco adorno rectangulos - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move  the tube to the left side.
9. Layers>Duplicate.
Move the tube at the bottom right, au centre du cadre.
Layers>Merge>Merge down.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.
Repeat Drop Shadow, vertical and horizontal -3.

11. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill with your background gradient (sktigerseye).
Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.
Repeat Drop Shadow, vertical and horizontal -3.
12. Selections>Modify>Contract - 3 pixels.
Selections>Invert.
Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More.
Selections>Select None.
13. Open the text "texto" - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the tube in the middle of the rectangle.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.
Repeat Drop Shadow, vertical and horizontal -3.
Layers>Merge>Merge down.
14. Activate the layer Raster 1.
Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.
Reduce the opacity of this layer to 50%.
Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance more.
15. Effects>Plugins>FM Tile Tools - Saturation Emboss, default settings.
16. Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
17. Activate the layer Raster 3 (the rectangular decos).
Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
18. Activate the layer Raster 2 (the left line; ou copy of Raster 2, the right line, it is the same thing).
Edit>Copy.
Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move this line at bottom left, under the texte).
19. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Custom Selection
20. Open the landscape - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Selections>Select None.
21. Effects>Plugins>FM Tile Tools - Saturation Emboss, default settings.
22. Open the tube pincel floral - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Layers>Arrange>Bring to Top.
Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance more.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, only 3.
Move the brush under the rectangle of the text.
Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.
Image>Resize, to 85%, resize all layers not checked.
Move this brush over the text.
23. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill with your background gradient (SKTIGERSEYE).
Selections>Select All.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 3 pixels.
Press CANC on the keyboard 
Selections>Select None.
24. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.
25. Image>Resize, to 85%, resize all layers checked.
Image>Add borders, symmetric not checked, color white.
26. Activate the Magic Wand Tool 
and click on the bord to select it.
Flood Fill with your rose foreground gradient.
Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More - 2 times.
Selections>Select none.
27. Image>Add borders, symmetric not checked, whatever color (but non white or black).
Select this border with your Magic Wand tool
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Open the tube barra superior - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.
Selections>Select None.
28. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill with your background gradient SKTIGERSEYE
Selections>Select All.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 3 pixels.
Press CANC on the keyboard.
Selections>Select None.
29. Open the tube of the woman - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 70%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube to the right side.
Layers>Arrange>Move down.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.
30. Layers>Merge>Merge All.
31. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame
32. Sign your work on a new layer.
33. Open the tube borde puntos - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
34. Layers>Merge>Merge All and save as jpg.
