This tutorial has been translated with PSPX2, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.
In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

Copy the Selection in the Selections Folder.
Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.
1. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 900 pixels.
Set your foreground color to #2d5b79,
and your background color to #000000.
Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Radial.
Flood Fill  the transparent image with your gradient.
Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.
2. Effects>Plugins>Carolaine and Sensibility - CS-LDots
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
3. Activate the Selection Tool  , circle,
place the mouse in the middle
and design a circle de 200 pixels
or you can do: Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection Tuto Emily
4. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with your gradient.
Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 25 pixels.
Press CANC on the keyboard 
Selections>Modify>Contract - 25 pixels.
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill again with your gradient.
Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 25 pixels.
Press CANC on the keyboard.
Selections>Select None.
5. Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
6. Effects>3D Effects>Inner Bevel.
7. Effects>Artistic Effects>Posterize
Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.
8. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Glass.
under Lighting select Sky-Sun and Clouds.
9. Activate the Magic Wand Tool 
and clic in the circle to select it.
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Open the flowers tube - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen More.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
Selections>Select None.
10. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.
Repeat Drop Shadow, but vertical and horizontal -10.
11. Activate your background layer, Raster 1.
Layers>Duplicate.
Effects>Plugins>Simple - Blintz - 2 fois.
Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.
Reduce the opacity of this layer to 50%.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Flip.
Reduce the opacity of this layer to 50%.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
Image>Resize, to 85%, resize all layers not checked.
Image>Redimensionner, à 85%, redimensionner tous les calques décoché.
Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.
12. Effects>Plugins>FM Tile Tools - Saturation Emboss, default settings.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.
13. Open the tube boton - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move  the tube at the top left.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.
Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Flip.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
14. Open the woman tube - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Mirror.
Move the tube at the bottom right.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.
15. Layers>Merge>Merge All.
16. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, background color.
Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, foreground color.
Set your background color to #dfcfb4, or a color choosen from one of your tubes.
Image>Add borders, 3 pixels, symmetric, background color #dfcfb4.
Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color black.
Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, foreground color.
Image>Add borders, 50 pixels, symmetric, background #dfcfb4 or the color you choose before.
17. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Set your foreground color with a color of woman's hairs: #a70015,
Flood Fill the layer with the new foreground color.
18. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask Lia-estimo:
Layers>Merge>Merge group.
Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.
Layers>Duplicate - 2 times.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down - 2 times.
19. Effets>Modules Externes>FM Tile Tools - Saturation Emboss, default settings.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.
20. Sign your work on a new layer.
Layers>Merge>Merge All.
21. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.
Save as jpg.
