This tutorial has been translated with PSPX7, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.
Copy the Gradient pjs in the Gradients Folder.
Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.
1. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 700 pixels.
2. Set your foreground color to #d2d02e.
Flood Fill  with your foreground color.
3. Set you background color to a color of your choice.
Later, we'll use the green color #004444.
You can use this or whatever you like.

4. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Radial Fore-to Background
With the green color (the version at the end of the tutorial)
5. Effects>Plugins>Cybia - Screenworks - Chain Link.
6. Set your foreground color to Gradient and select the gradient pjs, style Linear.
7. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with your gradient.
8. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask Lia-278
Layers>Merge>Merge group.
9. Effects>Plugins>FM Tile Tools - Saturation Emboss - 2 times default settings
10. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.
Repeat Drop Shadow, vertical and horizontal -1.
Again Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.
Repeat Drop Shadow, vertical and horizontal -2.
11. Open the tube floral and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 78%, resize all layers not checked.
12. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.
13. Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror.
14. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Flip.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
15. Layers>Duplicate.
Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.
Image>Resize, to 85%, resize all layers not checked.
Layers>Arrange>Move Down.
16. Selection Tool 
(no matter the type of selection, because with the custom selection your always get a rectangle)
clic on the Custom Selection 
and set the following settings.
17. Set your foreground color to #004444.
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with your background color.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 2 pixels.
Press CANC on the keyboard 
Selections>Select None.
18. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.
Repeat Drop Shadow, vertical and horizontal -1.
Again Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.
Repeat Drop Shadow, vertical and horizontal -2.
19. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with your Gradient.
20. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 20 pixels.
Press CANC on the keyboard.
Selections>Invert.
Reduce the opacity to 36%.
21. Effects>3D Effects>Inner Bevel.
Edit>Repeat Inner Bevel.
Selections>Select None.
22. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.
Repeat Drop Shadow, vertical and horizontal -1.
Again Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.
Repeat Drop Shadow, vertical and horizontal -2.
23. Effects>Plugins>FM Tile Tools - Saturation Emboss - 2 times default settings.
24. Image>Add border, 6 pixels, symmetric, background color #004444.
25. Open Adorno marco, erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
26. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
27. Open the woman tube (with the dropshadow), erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
28. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
29. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.
30. Sign your work on a new layer.
31. Layers>Merge>Merge All.
32. Image>Add borders, 30 pixels, symmetric, color #8b5da6.
33. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.
34. Save as jpg
