This tutorial has been translated with PSPX7, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.
Copy the preset Emboss 3 in the Presets Folder.
Copy the Gradient in the Gradients Folder.
Copy the selection in the Selections Folder.
Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.
1. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 700 pixels.
2. Set your foreground color to #4b2713.
and your background color to #ebb969.
Set your foreground color to Gradient and select the gradient Lia-p10, style Linear.
the gradient change according to the colors of your Materials palette
Flood Fill  the transparent image with the Gradient
Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.
3. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - &<Bkg Designer sf10III> - Radial Rodeo.
4. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.
5. Effects>Plugins>Mehdi - Sorting Tiles.
Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.
6. Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror.
7. Set your foreground color to #f2df8a.
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with color #f2df8a.
Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask Lia-114.
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.
Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.
Reduce the opacity of this layer to 75%.
8. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection P-10.
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill with your light background color.
9. Effects>Plugins>AP Lines - Lines SilverLining.
10. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.
Repeat Drop shadow, horizontal -20.
Selections>Select None.
Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
11. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.
Layers>Duplicate.
Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
12. Open the tube déco and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Layers>Duplicate.
Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, last settings.
Layers>Duplicate.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down - 2 times.
13. Open the tube Lia cristal and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Resize, to 40%, resize all layers not checked.
Effects>Image Effects>Offset.
Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Multiply.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.
Activate the layer below of the original tube.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.
Repeat Drop Shadow, vertical and horizontal -3.
14. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.
Image>Resize, to 85%, resize all layers checked.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
15. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, background color.
Image>Add borders, 6 pixels, symmmetric, foreground color.
Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, background color.
Image>Add borders, 50 pixels, symmetric, foreground color.
16. Open the tube of the woman and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, 70%, resize all layers checked.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Effects>Image Effects>Offset.
Open the brush pinsel and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move  the brush at the upper left.
Effect>User Defined Filter - select the preset Emboss 3.
Edit>Repeat User Defined Filter.
Sign your work on a new layer.
Layers>Merge>Merge All.
Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame - 2 times with these settings.
Save as jpg.
